What do you like best about Clubworx?

Customer support is good

Calendar is good and clear

Easy to reschedule and move appointments

What problems is Clubworx solving and how is that benefiting you?

Can organise my members into an easy to view schedule.

Page loads fast, and edits are easy. Viewable fine on desktop or on my phone.

Easy to share with others if needed.

Having the option of hiding people from the schedule is appreciated - my more tech savvy members view the timetable themselves to check when they are booked if they ever have any issues, whereas with most I just instruct / organise their timings and enter the details myself. What problems is Clubworx solving and how is that benefiting you?

Some of the things that Clubworx helps streamline in our business is the management of direct debit payments, payment reminders for our members, and sending receipts automatically to our members which saves so much time each week. Once we switched to Clubworx, our back end processes and member management became so much easier. If you take the time to understand and set it up correctly, it can save you SO much time and provide so many insights into your business. The sequences are great.

What do you like best about Clubworx?

Easy to schedule, repeat schedule and change bookings.

Easy to adjust and repeat bookings quickly, so once people's appointments are set up it means you don't have to spend time recreating them.

I've used a few club management systems including the big names, and they suck.

Also, it was easy to learn how to use it, and the things you want to do, you can do. Too many club mangement softwares I've used don't let you do what should be seemingly simple tasks around reporting and exporting data for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Clubwors is that there is every option that a serious sports club needs regardless of the type of sport (soccer, volleyball, basketball, swimming, gym, fitness,..), and you also get complete, quality and fast customer support services Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clubwors is the only platform where I haven't come across any flaws so far, so I wouldn't have to single out anything special for this section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clubworx solving and how is that benefiting you?

I didn't have any special problems with Clubwords except that it took me a little time to learn the program, but their excellent customer support helped me a lot and speeded up the process so that in less than two weeks I completely mastered this platform that brings great benefits for our company.
