“WordPress.org: Flexible, Customizable Websites with Endless Plugins and Themes”
What do you like best about WordPress.org?

I’ve been using WordPress.org for quite a while, and it’s still the platform I turn to first whenever I need to build a website. What I appreciate most is its flexibility. With thousands of plugins and themes available, it’s easy to customize a site and get it looking and working the way I want, without having to build everything from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.org?

The biggest challenge is keeping everything up to date. At times, plugin or theme updates can create compatibility issues, so I end up spending extra time troubleshooting and making sure everything works properly afterward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WordPress.org solving and how is that benefiting you?

It offers a flexible platform with thousands of plugins, themes, and customization options, making it easy to launch and scale websites for a wide range of purposes.

For me, that means I can build sites quickly, test new ideas, and add the features I need without investing a lot of time in custom development. It helps keep costs down, speeds up delivery, and lets me focus more on content and business goals instead of getting stuck on technical challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Original Information
“Best webdesign building platform”
What do you like best about Webflow?

Over the last few years, Webflow has continued to evolve and improve significantly. The addition of Webflow Apps, Logic, Memberships, improved CMS capabilities, and better collaboration features has made the platform even more powerful. As an agency that has been using Webflow since 2014, we appreciate how the platform constantly releases meaningful updates that help us build better websites and deliver more value to our clients.

The visual designer remains the best in the industry, allowing us to create highly customized websites without sacrificing performance or code quality. The hosting, security, and scalability are also major advantages compared to traditional website builders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webflow?

While Webflow has improved a lot, there are still some limitations when compared to fully custom development. Certain advanced functionalities still require third-party tools or custom code. We also miss some legacy features and workflows that existed years ago and were removed or changed over time.

Pricing can become expensive when managing multiple projects, especially for agencies and growing businesses. Additionally, some newer features have a learning curve before teams can fully take advantage of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

We don't need developers on the team to build websites and landing pages for our clients, and we are 7x faster developing any project than any other company in our market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Comfortable, User-Friendly Design Tool for Creating All Kinds of Visuals”
What do you like best about Canva?

Canva is one of the most comfortable and user-friendly design tools I’ve used. With it, you can create all kinds of visuals, including images and infographics, as well as videos, social media creatives, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

Canva is wildly popular for its speed and accessibility, but professional designers and power users often point to a few recurring frustrations.

Cookie-cutter aesthetics: The platform leans heavily on plug-and-play templates, so many designs can end up looking generic or repetitive.

Lack of advanced tools: It doesn’t offer the same level of precise vector editing, robust layer controls, or deeper functionality you’d expect from professional programs like Adobe Creative Cloud.

File portability: You can’t easily export projects as native, fully editable source files (such as .AI or .PSD) for offline editing in other software.

Bloated interface: Some users feel the app has become crowded, with too many features and AI additions competing for space and attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Canva solves the problem of design software that’s often complicated and expensive. It gives people without any design training an easy way to create professional-looking graphics quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Effortless Workflow Learning with HubSpot Content Hub”
What do you like best about HubSpot Content Hub?

What I like most about HubSpot Content Hub is how intuitive and easy it is to use, even when I’m working with more complex workflows and automation. The platform makes it straightforward to manage content, streamline day-to-day processes, and improve collaboration across teams without adding unnecessary friction. I also appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with HubSpot CRM, which helps keep everything connected across marketing, sales, and customer management. Overall, it feels like a reliable platform for building scalable, well-organized business operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Content Hub?

One area that could be improved is the flexibility of customization and advanced workflow management for larger teams. While the platform is very user-friendly, some advanced configurations can feel limited without additional setup or integrations. It would also help to have more granular reporting and easier navigation for managing large-scale content operations. Overall, though, the platform remains reliable and highly effective for day-to-day HubSpot operations and learning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HubSpot Content Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?

HubSpot Content Hub is helping streamline content management, automation, and CRM-related workflows in one platform. Before using it, managing content and workflows across different tools was more time-consuming and less organized. With HubSpot Content Hub, it’s easier to build structured processes, manage automation, and keep everything connected within HubSpot CRM. This has improved operational efficiency, simplified collaboration, and helped create a more scalable system for managing marketing and business workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Reducing Developer Dependency Through Easy Website Administration”
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

What I like most about WordPress.com is how it reduced dependency on developers for routine website and content-management work. In operational workflows, project updates, documentation publishing, landing-page creation, and SEO-related activities, the platform made it much easier to manage and update websites internally without advanced coding knowledge.

The plugin ecosystem, themes, Elementor integration, and drag-and-drop editing workflows were especially useful because pages, blogs, operational updates, forms, and SEO improvements could all be handled quickly from one platform. During project coordination and internal communication activities, this reduced delays caused by waiting for technical teams to implement smaller changes.

I also found the export, backup, and multi-user collaboration features valuable because website content, operational pages, and reporting-related updates could be managed more efficiently across teams. The platform’s UI/UX remained manageable even for non-technical users, which reduced onboarding effort and simplified daily maintenance workflows.

Another strong advantage was the integration flexibility with analytics, SEO plugins, forms, and workflow tools. This improved visibility into operational content performance while keeping website management centralized and easier to maintain overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

One limitation I noticed is that more advanced customization, integrations, and plugin capabilities are restricted to higher-tier plans, which can become limiting as operational requirements grow.

I also experienced occasional plugin conflicts, slower page performance, and troubleshooting complexity when handling multiple plugins or heavier page builders. During operational updates, image optimization and layout adjustments sometimes required extra testing effort before publishing changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WordPress.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using WordPress.com, website updates, content publishing, operational page management, and SEO-related workflows depended heavily on manual coding support or external developers, which slowed down updates and increased operational coordination effort.

WordPress.com solved this by centralizing website management, content publishing, plugins, hosting, SEO workflows, and integrations into one platform. Instead of relying on technical teams for every change, operational pages, project information, blogs, and documentation updates could be managed internally much faster.

For example, publishing operational announcements, updating project-related content, maintaining SEO pages, integrating analytics, managing forms, and handling routine website maintenance became significantly easier and more organized. Features like plugins, role-based access, exports, and drag-and-drop editing also reduced repetitive maintenance effort.

The biggest benefit has been faster operational updates, reduced dependency on developers, improved workflow efficiency, easier collaboration across teams, and more flexible management of content-heavy websites and internal communication pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Fast, Collaborative Website Building Without Sacrificing Design Quality”
What do you like best about Duda?

Our team has used Duda on a number of website projects where the goal was to move quickly without sacrificing design quality. What impressed me most was how accessible the platform felt for different team members while still providing enough control for design reviews and refinements.

One area where Duda has worked particularly well for us is collaboration. Designers, content contributors, and project stakeholders can all review progress without creating unnecessary bottlenecks. The editing experience feels organized, which makes it easier to maintain consistency across pages when multiple people are involved. I also appreciated how quickly responsive layouts can be checked before publishing. Performance has been solid overall, and we haven't had many issues keeping pages running smoothly. Integrating common marketing and analytics tools was relatively straightforward. We also experimented with some of the AI-assisted features during early project planning, and they were useful for generating initial structure and content ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

As projects become more design-intensive, there are occasional moments where we would like greater flexibility over certain advanced layout behaviors. I would also appreciate more options for managing and organizing reusable design assets across larger projects. Neither issue has been a major blocker, but they are areas where the platform could continue to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?

One challenge we previously faced was maintaining design consistency while still allowing teams to work efficiently. Duda helped simplify that process by giving us a shared environment for updates, reviews, and publishing. It reduced the amount of back-and-forth required during revision cycles and made it easier to keep projects moving without slowing down creative work. As a result, our team spends less time managing routine updates and more time focusing on design decisions that add value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Morphic?

What do you like best about FlexiFunnels?

As a paid user, I can confidently say that FlexiFunnels has become one of the most important tools in my digital marketing stack. Instead of paying for multiple tools for landing pages, funnels, email marketing, automation, course hosting, and websites, I can manage everything from a single platform.

Whether you're a freelancer, agency owner, coach, educator, or business owner, FlexiFunnels provides almost everything needed to generate leads and drive sales online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FlexiFunnels?

The platform is continuously improving, but there are a few features I would love to see enhanced.

1. The Blog section needs more advanced SEO and content management capabilities to compete with dedicated CMS platforms.

2. Additionally, adding a Quiz/Assessment feature inside the Course section would be extremely valuable for educators, coaches, and course creators who want to improve student engagement and track learning outcomes.

Apart from some of these improvements, the platform delivers excellent value for money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FlexiFunnels solving and how is that benefiting you?

FlexiFunnels helps me eliminate the complexity of managing multiple software subscriptions. I can create websites, landing pages, sales funnels, lead capture systems, email sequences, automations, and online courses from one dashboard.

“Versatile and User-Friendly, Yet Needs Enhanced Navigation”
What do you like best about Hygraph?

I really like Hygraph because it allows us to create and structure blogs visually with all the necessary elements like headings and subheadings, making them look good. I also like the capability to upload various image types such as webp, PNG, JPEG, GIF, webp, and mp4 files, which keeps the photos crisp and doesn't take up too much space, solving an issue we've had with large image sizes. It's great that I can see every single image, go back to the beginning, and access everything I've uploaded, which is key for managing content on our website. Another thing I appreciate is the ease of navigation in Hygraph, even though I encounter some clicking when finding specific images. It's also pretty cost-effective and allows multiple users to have access, not just one person, which is something I really appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hygraph?

I really, really would wish there was a key function for sorting by last modified or last uploaded in the content section. Right now, it's just a left arrow and a right arrow, and you have to keep on clicking through, which I don't like at all. Another thing is when editing a blog. It shows it as being published on the same date that you edited it, even if the original post date was earlier. I wish there was an option to display both the creation and last edited dates, and it would be useful if you could turn this feature on and off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Adobe Experience Manager Makes Content and Digital Asset Management Easy”
What do you like best about Adobe Experience Manager?

I started using Adobe Experience Manager a few months ago while exploring different Adobe tools, and my experience has been positive so far. One thing I found useful is how it helps manage website content and digital assets in a more organized and professional way. In the beginning it took some time to understand the workflow, but after learning the basics, updating content and managing pages became much easier. I also liked that it supports better collaboration for teams working on content and digital projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Experience Manager?

Since I started using Adobe Experience Manager a few months ago as a learner, one thing I found difficult was that the platform can feel complex for beginners at first. Some features, workflows, and setup steps take time to understand properly, especially for users who are new to content management systems. Because of this learning curve, I was not able to continue using it regularly for some time. I think Adobe could improve the beginner experience by adding simpler tutorials, guided walkthroughs, and more beginner-friendly documentation. This would make it easier for new users and buyers to adopt the platform faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Experience Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

I started using Adobe Experience Manager again a few months ago after trying it a few years back, and I noticed that adobe has improved many things compared to before. The platform now feels more advanced and useful for managing website content, digital assets, and workflows in one place. Earlier, handling and organizing content across different platforms could feel confusing and time consuming, but AEm helps make the process more structured and efficient. As a beginner, the main challenge for me was understanding the workflows and features in the beginning because the platform has many tools and options. But after spending time learning it, I understood why many businesses use it for content management and digital experiences. I think buyers can benefit from it because it helps teams manage content more professionally, saves time, and improves collaboration. compared to many basic CMS platforms, Adobe experience manager feels more enterprise-focused and scalable, especially for companies handling large amounts of digital content. With AI, personalization, and digital experiences becoming more important, I feel AEM can become even more valuable in the future. Beginners who want to learn enterprise-level content management can also start with it because it gives practical exposure to realworld workflows used by larger companies. “User-Friendly Platform with Robust Capabilities, Needs Email Features”
What do you like best about Grigora?

I appreciate Grigora's intuitive drag and drop website builder, which is great for creating websites for coaches and allows them to make changes easily, making it very convenient for me. The robust blogging tools are also a favorite of mine, along with the newsletter function that we have. The platform's all-in-one nature, with both hosting, free SSL, and an integrated CDN, makes website building, blogging, and content management effortless. Additionally, the support is fast and helpful. It is fairly easy to implement if you've worked on similar systems. I use Grigora on a daily basis. Even though I haven't integrated with any it seems pretty straight forward to integrate with others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Grigora?

I would have loved if the email was included in the package. Another thing is the lack of auto responder functionality, so if someone signs up for a newsletter, there isn't the ability to send them continuous emails after they've signed up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
