Their ability to adapt to our preferences quickly was great. The response time on questions was terrific. Once live and assigned our permanent account manager, the service improved even more. Our account manager remains incredibly positive, knowledgeable and responsive and has conducted training, completed ad hoc reporting and provided solutions to several challenging "Brand" issues. **What do you dislike about Milestone Inc?** During the initial website development, our project manager was not stellar. Once that was brought up, an entire support team responded and quickly addressed every issue. While initially frustrating, that was the only negative experience in the process to date. **What problems is Milestone Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?** With our site we have significantly improved our SEO performance and gained terrific flexibility in our marketing options. The CRS allows for easy access without much training and our ability to adapt quickly, which was especially important over the last year, has provided multiple revenue opportunities. ### 12.
