What do you like best about Wodify?

I really appreciate Wodify's incredibly advanced reporting system that allows me to be creative in identifying and solving complex business problems. Wodify removes all headaches related to class scheduling and attendance. I am impressed with how they are consistently improving their platform. Whenever there's been an issue, they have immediately responded and helped me find a workaround or fix in a very timely manner. The integration with our HybridAF 24/7 access system and Quickbooks Online is seamless. The initial setup, although complex, was made comfortable by a dedicated account representative who guided us throughout, making sure we anticipated our needs without rushing us. What do you dislike about Wodify?

"Seamless Experience for Admins, Coaches, and Members Alike"
What do you like best about Wodify?

There are multiple things our gym loves about Wodify. From an admin perspective, the database is organized and easy to navigate. I think you have a lot of autonomy in settings to make things work for your specific gym. From a Coach perspective, things are integrated seamlessly and easy to navigate when Coaching classes and having appointments with clients. From a member standpoint, the app is also easy to navigate and keeps a good history of past workouts and progress. I also feel like Wodify support is super responsive and helpful. Everyone I have talked to is really willing to help and figure things out - even when they are a little out of the box. And I feel like the software is constantly improving and taking into consideration the needs of all gyms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wodify?

From an admin perspective, I find the appointments a little clunky and the integration into the calendar. I don't necessarily like that a member has to have an "appointment membership" in order to book. I can understand that for certain things (PT sessions), but not for some of the uses we need. What do you like best about Wodify?

SO far the customer service of John Rittmen. I am new to the system but he is showing me all the perks and going out of his way to make time for me while my last company is trying to make leaving the hardest it could be. Thankful to be in better hands.

What do you dislike about Wodify?

The color orange in my dashboard. I wish we could customize it better like we can our app. Also the simple check in, I wish we could see birthdays, trial end dates and the classes updated to the next class on their own or had an easier button for our members to switch classes when were not at the desk. What do you like best about Wodify?

The thing we love most is that Wodify consistently demonstrates that they truly care about our business. If we have questions, they’re answered immediately. If we need help with the software, they’ve got our back. It’s refreshing to be able to log in and talk to a real person (not a chatbot) when we need to troubleshoot something. And if the issue is more involved, we can hop on a Zoom call. The Wodify customer support team is genuinely invested in our success, and it brings incredible peace of mind.

The software itself is simple, intuitive, and every feature feels like it was created with gym owners in mind. We use Wodify for everything: scheduling, payments, class programming, and the digital displays our clients follow during workouts. And everything just works.

"Exceptional Onboarding and Support Made Our Transition Effortless"
What do you like best about Wodify?

I've operated CrossFit Gyms and boutique studios for the last 20 years. I've opened 13 gyms in that time and I've worked with a number of software companies along the way. In 2025, we opted to move to Wodify. It was a scary decision because migrating a few thousand accounts felt like a lot of exposure for our business. This is where their team made the difference.

Rather than push us to move quickly. The team guided us for weeks through all the inner workings of the process. When we got cold feet a few times, they were calm and helpful. No pressure sales - pure value add from the start. In the end, not only did we move forward, but the transition couldn't have been easier.

And then came the really good stuff.

Where many companies sell and flee - these guys took a different approach. Onboarding us with 30-60-90 day check ins (Thanks, Megan!), and providing us with an incredible direct support member who clearly comes from the gym industry (Hey Devyn!), they helped us bring all of the Wodify tools to life in our business. I love using Wodify for managing our memberships and class sign-ups because it allows us to consolidate everything we do under one roof. The platform has been amazing since we started using it in 2015, and it has expanded to become more all-encompassing, which is incredibly helpful for our business operations. Their customer service stands out as they are prompt, friendly, and extremely helpful, definitely enhancing my experience with Wodify. I find it challenging to create specialized memberships, like a hybrid membership combining personal training and gym membership. Wodify should build more packages that accommodate such needs. Additionally, there is a need for developing better tools for building member levels, so members can identify if their workouts are intermediate, advanced, or beginner. What do you like best about Wodify?

What I like best about Wodify is that it truly functions as an all-in-one system. From the moment someone shows interest in the gym as a lead to when they are an active member, everything is managed in one place. Member accounts, class scheduling, workout tracking, personal records, retail purchases, and communication are all integrated, which keeps day-to-day operations simple and consistent.

After using it for over three years, it has proven reliable and well-suited for a CrossFit gym. Members can easily track their workouts and progress, and on the gym side it reduces the need to juggle multiple tools or platforms. What do you dislike about Wodify?

The biggest downside is that there are so many features that it can feel overwhelming at times. We know there are tools available that we are not fully utilizing, mostly because it is not always clear how to implement or configure them from the admin side.

Some features feel more complex than they need to be, and figuring out the best way to use them can take extra time and trial and error. "A Time-Saving Asset for Gym Management"
What do you like best about Wodify?

I use Wodify to post programming for our gym, track performances, process payments, and sell merchandise. It's easy to use for both the manager and the client. I do the onboarding for our new members, and walking them through the app is a piece of cake! Plus, since we use PRVN programming, importing the workouts for the week is so easy now. I just really love that everything is in one app. From viewing workouts to client data to processing payments – it can all be done with Wodify. It's a huge asset for our gym and saves the staff tons of time with all the aspects of running a gym, which means we get to spend more time with the clients we love! What do you dislike about Wodify?

I still don’t love the zoom + and - drag when displaying a workout in class. We have to mess with that multiple times during each class which is kind of annoying. What do you like best about Wodify?

I highly recommend Wodify for CrossFit gym owners. Their service and support levels are terrific, always prompt with responses and issue resolutions. The program easily integrates with several outside programming, including Mayhem, which saves a lot of admin time each week. The POS integration is a great feature as well. The Wodify team is always working on system enhancements and listens to client feedback. The app is very easy for members, making for a great experience. It's easy for members to register and sign in to classes, view the workouts, scores, and review previous results. They are very helpful with educational trainings and questions. The site is clunky from an admin perspective. One example is when creating a new coach, everything you need to set them up for classes, pay rates, etc. should all be in one place. I love how Wodify is super easy to use, which makes it convenient for me to post all the workouts needed for the week and for my members to view them effortlessly. What do you dislike about Wodify?

I would like to see hero workouts, and some of the CrossFit girl workouts that are more easy to view to make a decision if you want to do that work out for the day instead of pasting then having to delete it because it’s not what you wanted. Well for me, you can see the names on the left-hand side of the board, but it would be nice to to press on the name and actually see what the workout is before you drag paste.
