What do you like best about Waitwhile?

WaitWhile is a user-friendly tool for queue management. It is easy to see who is in our virtual waiting room, for what department, and a brief synopsis of the reason for their visit to our office. What do you like best about Waitwhile?

User friendly and dependable. We use the software to notify team members of homeowners that need to speak to different associates from various departments regarding home, agriculture, business and commercial exemptions. What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I have a small bakery and we often would sell out. We needed a preorder solution for our customers so that we could prepare in advance for our daily demand.

I was able to tweak and customize waitwhile's existing features to totally fit my needs. I love how complete their software is, and it really improved our customer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

Sometimes I the platform can lag and have some bugs (i.e when we move a preorder from serving to completed, sometimes it wont update and the customer stays in the wrong list. Some days the platform is really slow and wont load all the customers who have booking requests and approved bookings, even refreshing constantly. Sometimes we'll send messages to customers and it will show up as sent, then after a few minutes we'll check back and the message was not sent.).

I also feel that there are some missing features that would be really useful. However, one good thing is that I have requested a feature in the past that they actually implemented which made me feel very seen and heard as a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

First off the webintegration is easy to access, we can setup our needs very quickly and having to rely on using it every day for work, this is great to have to be able to quickly jump into the list and check the pending cusotmers that needs help. Another Feature is that we can also utilize the waitwhile app. This allows for great access without being tied up to a desktop computer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

When I use the app on my Mobile Zebra Device. Notifications do not drop down on the screen, letting me know if there are customers waiting. Don't get me wrong, Waitwhile gives me notifications and makes a chime sound when a customer has checked in but it'd also be helpful if the notification dropped down onto the screen. I can't yet tell if this is a Waitwhile issue or the automatic settings on my mobile Zebra device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
