I love how easy waitwhile is to use in the Cafe spaces. Reservations are easy to manage and we see us constantly using it through the day to have an easy and smooth process with our operationis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is for customers to sign up for returns and how simple! I also enjoy that we can text them alerts now instead of yelling their names across the room! This is really convenient for people who are hearing impaired or struggle with the english language. I have also been told by customers that they really enjoy the text alert feature as well since they can now go shopping or eat at our restaurant while waiting for their turn instead of standing in a busy, stuffy room. I also really enjoy the fact that we can look up the customers information on our side. This really helps us when a customer has come after we have notified them for 5mins and then taken them off the waitlist. We can easily confirm their reservation and also contact them after the return in case they have left something behind, which has happened on several occassions. It's also amazing that we can chat with customers through the website! So if a customer is delayed or has any questions before their return they can easily tell us or ask those questions! Honestly, none! This feature has allowed a lot of customers more convenience with their returns. They are now able to check their waitlist status anywhere in the store and now know when their turn is coming up and when to head back! They can also chat with a returns coworker regarding their returns before their time and can now save time waiting if we are unable to help them in store! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

this new addition where i can look at the customers information and it already tells me the location where the article/s the customer had bought makes it so much easier to locate the orders without having to switch applications too often making the application way too easy to use for me and for the customers to get ahold of us whenever they dont know how to get to the curbside location the messaging feature is always easy, fast and reliable.
