What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I use Waitwhile quite often to check on different appointments at my work. Waitwhile is easy to use for viewing different appointments and most importantly, their statuses. The use of different colors makes it easy to quickly see who is involved and where they are. Their responses to any inquiries are quick and I feel like they really care.
