I send one link and everyone marks their availability and the best slot becomes obvious without a single follow up email. For coordinating across teams and time zones it has become the tool I reach for without even thinking about alternatives. **What do you dislike about Doodle?** The free version feels quite limited once you start using it regularly for professional scheduling. Some features that feel like basics end up sitting behind the paid tier which can be frustrating when you are just trying to book a straightforward meeting. The branding on shared polls is also quite prominent which looks a little unprofessional when sending to senior clients. **What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Coordinating meetings between external stakeholders who are not on our internal calendar system was genuinely painful before. Doodle removed that friction entirely by working without requiring anyone to have an account or install anything. It has saved us a lot of time and stress with trying to find the best times to meet for larger groups of people with varying calendars. You can easily create an account and the program is very simple to figure out. We use Doodle at least once a month. There is no real implementation time, you can use it immediately. **What do you dislike about Doodle?** There is not too much to dislike about Doodle. I think one of the things that would be nice would be a link to show the poll results without having to respond to the poll - I am sometimes needing to share results with staff that will not be needing to vote but is interested in the results. It isn't hard for me to extrapolate that info but it would make it easier. **What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Doodle helps solve the annoying task of trying to find out everyone's availability through email or other means by allowing one person to share a set of dates and times that work for them, and then let's everyone you send it to "vote" for the time that works best. It just makes it easier to plan meetings. ### 7. It's great to be able to quickly post a variety of time options in our group chat so that everyone can easily see which days work best and pick one that works perfectly for everyone. The fact that we can see how many people are available at what times makes it super convenient when organising last-minute meetings or events - no more guessing whether enough people will turn up. Doodle has certainly made it a lot easier to plan ahead. **What do you dislike about Doodle?** I find Doodle's scheduling process quite cumbersome and lacking in some features. It would be great if there was an easier way for users to schedule multiple events at the same time, as this can be very time consuming when working with large groups of people. The interface makes creating online surveys, scheduling events, and more incredibly easy. I especially appreciate the fact that it's so easy to understand, with clear text and appropriate colors. I was surprised at how effective this tool can be for collecting data through surveys; even better was the ability to instantly email these forms electronically without any hassle on a variety of different devices, including phones, tablets, or computers - making preparation times extremely fast while keeping order throughout the process consistent every time, no matter where you are or what device you're using. **What do you dislike about Doodle?** I've found Doodle to be quite useful, except for a few issues I've encountered with syncing and notifications. Unfortunately, the software tends to crash when I try to add an event or meeting to my calendar. Also, notifications do not always appear when one of my surveys is completed. Other than these minor glitches, however, it usually works smoothly and without a hitch. **What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Doodle simplifies the way I organize meetings and conference calls.
