I like everything! The built-in messaging, the custom sign-up fields, the fact that you can assign staff and re-assign staff to each client easily, the fact that each team member can see all sign-ups, and the drop-in style feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

The 3 column interface provides a quick visual way to assess one's waiting room without having to look at names or numbers.

The app is simple and for the most part, glitch-free.

The customizable boxes allow one to quickly add information and share it for others to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

I would love for it to have an audio notification regarding patients getting added to my panel because sometimes I am busy and don't notice that patient(s) got added. Our work-around is for the MA to send a text message to alert if patients have been added-on/ rather than if they are from our scheduled list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User friendly and dependable. We use the software to notify team members of homeowners that need to speak to different associates from various departments regarding home, agriculture, business and commercial exemptions. What do you like best about Waitwhile?

Waitwhile is easy to use and navigate. With its easy use we are able to assist multiple people without issue. On a daily basis we encounter multiple clients and with Waitwhile it allows me to accomplish my job. In assisting each client by allowing me to view how long they have wait and how many clients I have waiting. My favorite feature is being able to view clients' names and being able to send them alerts when it is their turn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
