What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I love that it is very versitile. I am able to change the fields to meet the needs of my store. I also LOVE the metrics that it gives. It is now a part of my Fit Specialist KPI's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I like that the queuing system is intuitive for queue managers and people that need to be served in the queue, particularly with many queue managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

It could be improved with a notification system for entries into the queue. There are sometimes lulls in the queue, so new entries into the queue require that the queue manager be looking at the screen continuously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

You can interact with customers by texting them inside the waitwhile, so they can easy know when is their turn or we can answer questions in advanced as well so is very friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

Using it all the time, I like the easy click buttons to move customers from one column to another Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

I cannot edit the timing of the customers' stay in the 'serving' column: sometimes I forget to move them to the completed column and it shows an inaccurate time. But I could definitely just be more on my game about that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

This tax season we switched to Waitwhile for client management at 6 of our VITA tax sites. Initially we made the change because Waitwhile offers appointment reminders by text, which we did not have. We had hoped it would reduce the chaos with clients being able to leave after they sign in and getting a text reminder when it is time to return, and that has happened. Our greeters found it easy to add the walk-in clients and helped taxpayers be served in an orderly manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

We would like to have a phone number to call for customer support. We occasionally have issues that need resolved quickly and the chat can take a while to get an answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
