What do you like best about Waitwhile?

My coworkers and I enjoy using Waitwhile because it is super user friendly and organized. It helps us manage our nook reservations for our customers, especially when they have issues doing it on their own online. The interface is very appealing and its nice that we can view the status for ex. (Delayed, cancelled, arrived). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

I wish that we could have smaller increments to set reservation times, such as 15 mins. I also wish that it let us put the time for example 3:15-4:15 instead of just 30min-hourly increments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

We use the service to manage our students/appointments. It allows us the flexibility to see students on a first come/first serve basis, which allows us to see more students in a day. Waitwhile messaging also allows students to follow their progress in line, so they can get a sense of when their appointment will be. The stats page helps us track everything (reason for stundets visists, number of appointments, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

The only opportunity I have is that I wish you can see the customers full details so that we can reach out to them before cancelling the no shows or even ban those that abuse the platform through the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy Waitwhile is to maneuver as I check this site many times a day to verify the reservations of our nooks within Capital One. I also enjoy the number of different features Waitwhile supports as you can reserve space up to 3 days in advance online or on the spot through scanning the QR code. What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I love how easy it is to use Waitwhile and it seems to get better every year! In addition to alerting us to customer presence, Waitwhile also allows us to communicate efficiently with our customers via text. What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

It would be terrific to include a barcode/QR code scanning feature in Waitwhile. We deal with six-digit strings of numbers that are cumbersome to type in to our devices from Waitwhile.
