What do you like best about Waitwhile?

Waitwhile allows my clients the option of booking ahead or they can enter the queue for the day by texting. Waitwhile tells them what number they are in the queue, updates them as it gets closer to them and then they get a message when we are ready for them to come in.

This allows our clients to move around freely, including sitting in their vehicle, instead of waiting in the small waiting area. It also allows them to text us as to whether they are running late or some other important information.

Waitwhile protects their contact information. We are also able to remove canceled appointments so others can still book and Wait While also gives us the option to put clients into progressive queues so we can track each stage and their times in each.

We also get a daily report to review later on. We use it every day of the week. Customer support is amazing and is only one click of the button away. The integration was easy, we give out numbers at the front counter and then simply hit the + / add button on the waitlist and then manually put them in by number.

This works great for those without a cellphone or computer. Ie. elderly ones. Its design works perfectly for us at the lab.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

When someone hits stop as a text by accident then they don't know how to change it or fix it. Because of this, they can still text us but they don't get any replies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
