We use it during busy days, as we are seasonal, it is easy to adjust our subscription type. Easy for all employees who need to work with the system. We do not use the queue system for our needs, but it could really be easy and practical for other businesses.

It's very easy to set up and effectively breaks down and arranges our process of serving hundreds of homeless clients daily. It records essential details like name, number, time of arrival, and the actual date of service for each guest, which is very helpful for managing our shower bookings.
