I appreciate how Waitwhile makes it easier to track customer orders and facilitates communication. I use it to sign in customers, having their name, phone number, and order number readily available, which saves me from manually typing this information and helps in efficiently tracking wait times. One of my favorite features is the ability to text customers directly, particularly since we don't have parking at our location, and we ask customers to wait in their cars to avoid tickets. This texting feature makes it significantly more convenient for our customers, as they can come and grab their orders promptly when notified. I also found the initial setup of Waitwhile to be very easy, which is a huge plus. The integration with Centiro is smooth and beneficial in managing operations.
