Wait while is my priority each and every morning, while i am at work i sign in to Wait while and it sends me there in just 2 seconds which is already amazing and fast working... the thing i love most about Wait while is that it keeps all your history whether its customers information and what they came in that day for, but it keeps track of how many times that they have visited us before Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Not Just for Restaurants or Doctor's Offices"

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

We use Waitwhile a few times a year, when we vend at festivals/expos, and it works great! It's nice to be able to notify someone from across the venue that it's time for their session with just the push of a button. The setup is simple, and they're constantly improving and making thins even easier to use. Any time we've had an issue or question, the support team has been quick and friendly to help. What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

The use of SMS messaging is going away for the free plan, so we'll have to start making sure guests provide us an email address that they receive notification for, or that they download the WaitWhile app on their phone to receive the notification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Waitwhile solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we first started vending at festivals and expos, we were writing down the name and phone number of people to create a waiting list and then manually texting them when it was their turn. This was tedious and time consuming, and on the rare occasion we would make an error in the number we were texting. Waitwhile made it easy to collect even more data for the guest much faster, including the service(s) they wanted to receive, and the notification process became much simpler by just clicking a button. "The ability to change fields to work with my store"

"Good way to manage queues"

I like that the queuing system is intuitive for queue managers and people that need to be served in the queue, particularly with many queue managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It could be improved with a notification system for entries into the queue. There are sometimes lulls in the queue, so new entries into the queue require that the queue manager be looking at the screen continuously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
