Visdum has somehow managed to make the commission review and approval process more painful and time consuming for me. The UI is incredibly confusing and it's hard to even find what a quarterly payout should be. If you do manage to find the numbers you're looking for, it is very difficult to reconcile totals between Visdum and our CRM to tell if they're right. If I do find a discrepancy it's a highly manual process to line by line through every deal to find the error. The Salesforce In-app is really good - I can see my commission statements right in the CRM. The forecaster is cool too, I can see what commission I stand to make for different scenarios. I use this for 1:1s with my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Visdum has made our commission calculations a breeze. There is no scope for manual errors as everything is automated and the data is sourced via integration with our CRM. The onboarding support was exceptional; the team guided us through mapping our old commission structures to Visdum’s rules engine without any confusion.
