Verito's customer service is by far the best out there. When you raise a ticket, you're receiving a response in minutes, not hours (or days). Their servers perform incredibly well, and the price is very reasonable for what you pay. I was able to quickly host UltraTax CS and other cloud apps without paying the ultra-premium pricing TR charges for a lower-quality service. Everything is smooth on the user front, and it took one phone call to get things implemented. If you've ever used a Remote Desktop connection and Duo... you're good to go. I really appreciate the personal interaction with Parnav for all my IT questions. He's the supervisor of the managed IT department, and he walks me through everything I ask him to do. I'm quite happy with his expertise in showing and fixing things on my computer. Whenever something isn't right and I'm freaking out, I call Parnav, and he either gets in remotely or tells me what to do. Everything gets resolved instantaneously, and I'm very happy he's there to help me through computer dilemmas.
