What do you like best about Verito?

Verito's customer service is by far the best out there. When you raise a ticket, you're receiving a response in minutes, not hours (or days). Their servers perform incredibly well, and the price is very reasonable for what you pay. I was able to quickly host UltraTax CS and other cloud apps without paying the ultra-premium pricing TR charges for a lower-quality service. Everything is smooth on the user front, and it took one phone call to get things implemented. If you've ever used a Remote Desktop connection and Duo... you're good to go. What do you dislike about Verito?

I don't really think there's much to dislike about Verito. You pay a fair rate for your base installation, and if you need to install additional apps or add additional users, you pay for what you use. Very simple! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Verito?

I have used Verito for five years and as a single business owner, it has been the best platform for me. I love that when I encounter issues, I can place a call and immediately speak to a live person who solves the problem on the spot. It's hard to find customer service like this, and I appreciate their help every single time I call in. I highly recommend Verito, and the pricing structure for the cloud-based service is perfect. I also use it for my cloud-based application for my Drake software, which allows me to access it at the office or home. The initial setup was very easy and well-communicated via email. What do you like best about Verito?

I have only been using Verito for about 3 months, but so far, it has worked great. No issues with speed of software which I was concerned about using a cloud based program. What do you dislike about Verito?

There haven't been too many problems with Verito. The only issue we have had in three months is a program froze up one time and we had a difficult time shutting it down. But after a brief phone call, it was fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Verito?

Verito support is quick and experienced. They have already done whatever I want for untold other accounting firms before me. This gives them the ability to correctly anticipate my questions and my unasked questions. Basically, they know their business so well, I'm the slowest part of all transactions with them. And yet, they have NEVER been impatient or condescending. Nothing but kindness, helpfulness, and speed. They are extremely quick. And their prices are fair and reasonably. Thank you, Verito! What do you like best about Verito?

I really like the easy accessibility of Verito and how I can log in from any computer without worrying about my laptop condition. The fact that they handle updating my tax software is something I appreciate since IT is not my background, and it allows me to focus on the tasks I am trained for as an accountant. Opening tickets is straightforward, and the resolution is quick, which is fantastic. Besides that, Verito allows me to access a fully-synced version of my tax software from anywhere without having to install multiple versions across different devices, which prevents sync issues. What I appreciate most is their amazing customer support; they respond lightning-fast to my questions and help requests. The initial setup was super easy as they took care of it all for me. I discovered Verito after comparing virtual desktop solutions, and it had great reviews and a very reasonable price, so I've never felt the need to try a different service. What do you like best about Verito?

I really appreciate the personal interaction with Parnav for all my IT questions. He's the supervisor of the managed IT department, and he walks me through everything I ask him to do. I'm quite happy with his expertise in showing and fixing things on my computer. Whenever something isn't right and I'm freaking out, I call Parnav, and he either gets in remotely or tells me what to do. Everything gets resolved instantaneously, and I'm very happy he's there to help me through computer dilemmas. What do you dislike about Verito?
