"Versatility Meets Security— A Great Combination For Success!!"

We wanted to have the option of being able to run our business from anywhere, and also have a much more secure setup to aid in ID Theft Protection. Verito offered this with their hosted desktop server option. While it may be a somewhat costly option, it was so great for our productivity and provided us with peace of mind. What do you like best about Verito?

I love the fact that I can work from anywhere and be absolutely (100%) productive. I also really appreciate the fact that Verito has truly invested in security to make sure no one accesses my information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Verito?

I am not satisfied with Verito at all. Their pricing feels misleading and seems designed to attract customers only to upsell them later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verito?

Their WISP review seems more focused on promoting their own products than on delivering a genuine summary of the WISP. They require the company to supply detailed information that should already be accessible to them, which ends up wasting valuable time. Also, because they outsource to India, it is often difficult to understand what the representative is saying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Christine, thank you for sharing your experience. I'm sorry we fell short.

A few things I want to address directly:

On WISP: Our process asks for detailed firm information because a compliant WISP has to reflect your specific security practices, not a generic template. That said, if the process felt like a sales pitch instead of a compliance conversation, we missed the mark. That's on us.

On support: Our internal support team is Indian.-based and available 24/7. If you were routed to someone difficult to understand, I'd like to know more so we can look into what happened.

On pricing: We don't do hidden fees or forced upsells. If something in your experience felt that way, I want to understand where the disconnect happened.
