Easy to use, navigate, easy on the eyes, rairly need to call customer service like some other tax softwares

**What do you dislike about TaxAct Professional?**

Looking forward to a scanning function for w-2's, 1099's data entry

Been using it over a decade, they reach out and ask for ideas for improvements.
