  ### 1. Technical Support is Unmatched - Ridiculous Cost Increases

**What do you like best about CCH SureTax?**

We have been using CCH SureTax since 2018. After a rocky start up, we have since been pleased with this service. Working with CCH SureTax Technical Support is always a breeze. They work quickly to solve issues with our team. UI updated last year is much more user friendly and a welcomed update.

**What do you dislike about CCH SureTax?**

Poor implementation, resulting in under collected sales tax and a year of amended returns.

Cost increase YOY is ridiculous, resulting in our company looking into competitor solutions by EOY

**Recommendations to others considering CCH SureTax:**

Test, test, and re-test in cert before rolling into production. We uncovered errors with the NetSuite intergration resulting in under collected tax for over a year period. It took CCH nearly 6  months to correct this issue, and they refused to take accountability.

**What problems is CCH SureTax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have realized the same benefits as we have with any other sales tax provider in the past, which is being able to quickly and accurately provide tax on invoices accross the US. Reporting makes it easy for our team to file sales tax returns in over 20 states.
