There is not much to dislike about SureTax. If I were to be nitpicky, I would say that, for a Telecom Consultant like me, the dashboards are not of much use and I wish there was a way to implement a Traffic Study in a single place and let the SureTax system do the work to determine application. I have the ability to review all of my sales tax return and make any changes prior to approving and not just seeing the revenue and tax amounts like other sites. I also have the ability when I upload my transactions to choose a forward look which starts with my revenue and I can see if I had incorrect tax rates on an invoice. Other products I worked with started with the tax collected and worked back and changed my revenue amounts. Also for the tax payments the individual payments come out of our bank account for what is owed to the states after vendor discounts where the other company I used to use took all of the money out of our account early in the month and then would give us credit for the discounts the next month thus making interest off of our money. Currently I have to use 2 platforms for my filings - one where I go in and upload and review my transactions and returns each month and the other is what they use to submit my returns to the various states. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really love CCH SureTax for its expertise in tax management and especially for its ability to automate many processes that were previously done manually. It has Deep calculation transparency, Audit Defense, ERP and Billing Integrations and niche Industry expertise. This cloud-based indirect tax automation platform is an industry standard option for enterprise and mid-market companies with high volume or highly complex sales and use tax requirements. I find CCH SureTax very user friendly. I like the scroll tabs on the left that show me which forms I need to complete. It also reminds me which forms need to be done and where there are errors in the returns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
