Sometimes a connection problem occurs. Although the Internet has no interruption, remote desktop service loses connection. This is quite inconvenient because I have to quit the job and start again. It is very easy to access, use and configure the RDP of each connection and allows any remote connection from any device that has the Microsoft Windows Operating System, it is quite stable with any decent connection. You can configure your environment depending on your needs. It also has more advanced features that make it more secure than others, such as End to End encryption and 2FA authentications. I do not know if it is possible to make connections with devices with other operating systems apart from Windows. And if you allow it, I have not yet seen how to do it. Trugrid is great because it is an easy way to give users access to their desktop via rdp. Not only does it solve the security and complexity normally involved but syncs with AD for passwords which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

microsoft windows default Remote Desktop Services is best in my opinion because of its default installed in windows you don't need to install in every PC where you want to connect.

Remote Desktop is one of the best remote access utilities available, not because it is built into Windows, but because of all the extras, it includes. First and foremost is its ability to print remotely. Other than Gbridge (when using the Remote Desktop client), no other free remote access tool allows printing from the host to the remote client and Microsoft has also made available a downloadable version of Remote Desktop for versions of Windows all the way back to Windows 95 and NT 4.0. What I like the best is surely the speed. The connection is very fast (no lagging when moving the mouse). It is easy to customize the RDP and view settings. It is also easily accessible and available on Windows computers. I can log into my work computer from other work computers for meetings and I can log in from home to my work computer. I like that you can easily drag and drop files across connections. Sometimes if you do not edit the main mstsc file and save settings there, doing a windows update can override saved RDP icon settings. We have customers that do not know how to edit these things and can call in because they are not as familiar with this program. It seems that sometimes RDP sessions will disconnect if you have multiple sessions open connecting to different places.
