It is very important for me, especially during a pandemic. It is very convenient and comfortable. The program works quite well, with minor exceptions. **What do you dislike about Remote Desktop Service?** Sometimes a connection problem occurs. Although the Internet has no interruption, remote desktop service loses connection. This is quite inconvenient because I have to quit the job and start again. Sometimes it freezes and corrects itself in a few seconds. I have not noticed any other negatives in my practice. **What problems is Remote Desktop Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** I do my job with remote desktop service. I connect with users and make various offers to them that I run in the program. Without it, I would simply be unemployed. ### 2. You can configure your environment depending on your needs. It also has more advanced features that make it more secure than others, such as End to End encryption and 2FA authentications. **What do you dislike about Remote Desktop Service?** I do not know if it is possible to make connections with devices with other operating systems apart from Windows. And if you allow it, I have not yet seen how to do it. It would be interesting if you have this option. In MACs it can only be done if an additional application is placed so that it can recognize this **Recommendations to others considering Remote Desktop Service:** I recommend it to all those who seek to remotely access other devices with a program that offers more advanced features. **What problems is Remote Desktop Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** On many occasions this tool has offered me specific solutions, especially when I have to access a device in which I am distant. I can also work on a specific device by entering from others and working on just one. I avoid having to carry my device from my office everywhere ### 4. Not only does it solve the security and complexity normally involved but syncs with AD for passwords which is great. **What do you dislike about Remote Desktop Service?** RDP settings control to turn off and on options - they are working on this so i expect that to get better. **Recommendations to others considering Remote Desktop Service:** Great company to work with and very open to feedback and suggestions. **What problems is Remote Desktop Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not having to have an RDS server at a clients office. Not only does that eliminate opening ports but also is one less item to manage. ### 5. But the remote desktop service itself works efficiently and as it should. Remote Desktop is one of the best remote access utilities available, not because it is built into Windows, but because of all the extras, it includes. First and foremost is its ability to print remotely. Other than Gbridge (when using the Remote Desktop client), no other free remote access tool allows printing from the host to the remote client and Microsoft has also made available a downloadable version of Remote Desktop for versions of Windows all the way back to Windows 95 and NT 4.0. Host PCs must be Windows 2000 (via Terminal Services) **What do you dislike about Remote Desktop Service?** microsoft windows default Remote Desktop Services it's only working on Windows operating system if you have any other window operating system like MAC OS you have to install Remote Desktop Connection Client and its not disadvantage of it because for every other Operating system is not a Microsoft that's why its need to be install **Recommendations to others considering Remote Desktop Service:** Remote Desktop is one of the best remote access utilities available. There is no list of free remote connection tools would be complete without Microsoft's Remote Desktop Connection. its Built on every version of Windows its start from Windows XP, Remote Desktop provides very helpful remote access benefits, including with remote printer support. Its only requires an open port on the firewall to access the remote host. **What problems is Remote Desktop Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** we are working remotely on our main server and it's very helpful for us to work our server from anywhere ### 7. The connection is very fast (no lagging when moving the mouse). It is also easily accessible and available on Windows computers. I can log into my work computer from other work computers for meetings and I can log in from home to my work computer. I like that you can easily drag and drop files across connections. It is nice to be able to have multiple connections as well. **What do you dislike about Remote Desktop Service?** Sometimes if you do not edit the main mstsc file and save settings there, doing a windows update can override saved RDP icon settings. We have customers that do not know how to edit these things and can call in because they are not as familiar with this program. It seems that sometimes RDP sessions will disconnect if you have multiple sessions open connecting to different places. You have to get another app if you are on a Mac in order to connect to the software packages that are hosted via RDP. **What problems is Remote Desktop Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can easily access data anywhere by connecting using Remote Desktop Services. ### 9.
