# Which recruiting automation platform offers the fastest candidate sourcing?

I’m working with a few recruitment teams that need to speed up candidate sourcing, from identifying the right talent to pushing them into the pipeline for screening. Instead of manually juggling LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms, they’re looking for automation tools that excel at fast and accurate sourcing.

I’m sharing what I found on G2 to help the community, and would love to get your input on which tools have worked best for you:

Ceipal ATS: Leads the pack with 94% satisfaction score on sourcing and candidate identification, 93% on job posting, and 94% on interview scheduling. It’s designed for bulk sourcing and instant pipeline building while integrating with applicant tracking (95%).

JobDiva: Scores 94% on sourcing and 93% on job posting, with 95% on interview scheduling and 96% on applicant tracking. It’s a strong option for agencies and enterprise recruiters who need deep sourcing automation.

LinkedIn Recruiter: 93% on sourcing and 92% on job posting. While not an ATS, it’s still the most widely used for direct talent identification at scale.

Indeed Hiring Platform: 90% on sourcing and 91% on job posting. Built for high-volume recruitment, it streamlines candidate inflow and early-stage screening.

Zoho Recruit: 87% on sourcing and 87% on job posting. More SMB-focused, but still solid for recruiters who want cost-effective automation.

For those of you using Ceipal ATS, JobDiva, or similar tools, how quickly are you able to source and shortlist candidates compared to LinkedIn Recruiter? Curious about the real-world speed difference and whether you also go for any industry-specific tools for niche hiring.
