As a law firm administrator, I’ve found Prodoscore to be an absolute game-changer in understanding and improving team productivity — especially with many of our employees working remotely. Unlike traditional monitoring tools, Prodoscore doesn’t “watch” or micromanage employees. Instead, it smartly focuses on the applications and tools that truly contribute to their productivity.
What I appreciate most about Prodoscore is that it rewards productive behavior without penalizing anyone. Employees receive points for engaging with work-related applications, but the software never deducts points for using non-work tools — because those aren’t even tracked. This creates a healthy, trust-based approach to productivity that respects employee privacy while still providing valuable insights.
From an administrative standpoint, the analytics and visibility it provides are invaluable. It’s easy to see which tools are most utilized, where workflows can be optimized, and how to support remote teams more effectively.

If I could suggest an enhancement to Prodoscore, I’d love to see is the option to customize the scoring system based on role or department. Productivity looks different across positions — for instance, sending ten emails might be a small task for one role but a full day’s effort for another.
