What do you like best about Prodoscore?

As a law firm administrator, I’ve found Prodoscore to be an absolute game-changer in understanding and improving team productivity — especially with many of our employees working remotely. Unlike traditional monitoring tools, Prodoscore doesn’t “watch” or micromanage employees. Instead, it smartly focuses on the applications and tools that truly contribute to their productivity.

What I appreciate most about Prodoscore is that it rewards productive behavior without penalizing anyone. Employees receive points for engaging with work-related applications, but the software never deducts points for using non-work tools — because those aren’t even tracked. This creates a healthy, trust-based approach to productivity that respects employee privacy while still providing valuable insights.

From an administrative standpoint, the analytics and visibility it provides are invaluable. It’s easy to see which tools are most utilized, where workflows can be optimized, and how to support remote teams more effectively.

Additionally, the support provided by Prodoscore has been top tier. They have been hands on from initial implementation through training and support to our staff. They are quick to respond every time I reach out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prodoscore?

If I could suggest an enhancement to Prodoscore, I’d love to see is the option to customize the scoring system based on role or department. Productivity looks different across positions — for instance, sending ten emails might be a small task for one role but a full day’s effort for another. What do you like best about Prodoscore?

Prodoscore is incredibly user-friendly. The dashboard is intuitive, visually clear, and packed with the right data to support both managers and employees. Its ease of use is one of the biggest strengths.

The breadth of features is also impressive. There are plenty of tools and insights to work with, and new features are constantly being added. The program is also something our team engages with regularly — it’s become part of the day-to-day rhythm for employees, and managers check it at least once a week to stay on top of performance.

What makes Prodoscore stand out even more is the team behind it. They’re responsive, receptive to feedback, and genuinely care about improving the product to meet client needs. What do you dislike about Prodoscore?

The main challenge isn’t with the platform itself but with bridging the gap between data and application. Some AI-driven recommendations could use refinement before they feel fully reliable, which is to be expected with evolving data tools.

The software itself is simple to set up and use, but organizational buy-in can be a hurdle. That’s less about Prodoscore and more about the natural resistance that comes with introducing any new productivity tool.

Finally, Prodoscore isn’t a complete one-stop shop. Managers still need to use it alongside other systems to get a fully accurate view of performance and productivity especially depending on the role/job title. That said, it’s an invaluable tool that provides significant insight and has become a core part of how we manage a team of 300 employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Prodoscore gives us real, actionable data on employee productivity, which is especially useful for remote teams. Its reporting and analytics help managers spot burnout, track engagement, and validate employee concerns. The org chart and hierarchy views are a bit cumbersome and distracting, making it hard to quickly see reporting structures without being overwhelmed by extra data like scores. I love the way Prodoscore presents information. The daily reports are an incredibly useful tool that gives us a constant pulse on our team's productivity and engagement. I would like Prodoscore to offer the functionality to create new departments directly from the platform. Initially, this was an inconvenience, but I have to highlight the excellent support from the Prodoscore technical team. "Insightful Productivity Tracking with Some Improvement Needed"
What do you like best about Prodoscore?

I love that Prodoscore's dashboard is very user-friendly, allowing me to easily navigate and gain insights into specific employee patterns and daily activities. The feature that lets me compare employees is extremely useful, providing me with the ability to contrast roles effectively. This functionality ensures an even workload distribution across similar roles and assists in identifying both top performers and those needing improvement. I find this particularly valuable in gaining a better understanding of how our teams operate in a remote environment. Prodoscore also greatly helps in monitoring productivity across our organization, offering us the capability to identify low productivity employees and assign proper workloads accordingly. Another aspect I appreciate is the excellent support from the Prodoscore team and our Client Success Manager, who were very accommodating and helpful during the initial setup phase and throughout the learning process, despite the learning curve involved in the first six months. What do you dislike about Prodoscore?

I find that the graphs and charts in Prodoscore are not as interactive as I'd like. Currently, I can't click on them to see detailed insights, such as which employees fall into categories like low, mid, and high productivity. This makes it less efficient for me to analyze data. Additionally, the employee search functionality is cumbersome. It's too manual to navigate and find specific employees, which hinders my ability to quickly access individual data. I love using Prodoscore to monitor remote employees' daily activities across various internal departments. The real-time visibility into daily workflows it provides is invaluable, allowing me to identify workflow bottlenecks, maintain accountability, and ensure tasks are completed on time without constant check-ins. The clarity of the metrics and the ability to view cross-department activity at a glance significantly enhance my decision-making process. I am able to quickly spot workflow issues and make data-driven decisions on task allocation, priorities, and support, which keeps my approach proactive rather than reactive. The initial setup of Prodoscore was very easy, and the support following onboarding has been exceptional. I find that sometimes the data provided by Prodoscore can be overwhelming. It would be helpful to have a filtering option or specific KPIs to better manage and focus on the most relevant information. I like that I can quickly reference Prodoscore each morning, and it does not take significant time to see where an employee stands, enhancing my efficiency. I find the new compare employees feature to be the best addition for my usage, helping me effectively assess and compare employee productivity across similar roles. This functionality allows me to set better, achievable production standards by understanding what role standards should be. Prodoscore has also helped solve discrepancies in productivity across roles by providing managers with a high-level view of what tasks employees spend most of their time on throughout the day. I find the lack of real-time data to be less than ideal because waiting until the following day to view needed information can cause delays, especially when an issue arises that needs immediate attention. Additionally, while currently beta testing the agent feature that monitors non-web-based programs, I feel this function is necessary for our organization's operations.
