What do you like best about Prodoscore?

I like how Prodoscore gives insights into how our employees are working throughout the day - their patterns, rhythms, and what types of tools they are using and how frequently to do their jobs. What do you dislike about Prodoscore?

Honestly I find it very hard to use. The UI is not intuitive at all. It is very difficult to follow the logic in getting certain things done, so much so that it is prohibitive to product adoption. Conceptually Prodoscore is amazing. However, I really feel that Prodoscore needs a huge upgrade in terms of ease of use for the admin and the managers. The menus, the logic behind how employees are managed, etc. is just confusing and difficult. Also, I find the way products are added is just so weird and challenging to figure out. And it would be good to get automated feedback from the product that certain products assigned to users aren't being used much, since this can actually be detrimental to their Prodoscore as it dilutes the issue. Knowing that our "conceptually amazing" tool is validating your performance assumptions is exactly why we do what we do.

We also want to be very direct about the "dislikes" you mentioned. We hear you loud and clear: a powerful tool isn't much help if the UI feels like a logic puzzle. We are committed to making the "how" as seamless as the "what."

Here is what we are doing to fix the hurdles you mentioned:

New Reporting Center: We are building a dedicated Reporting Center designed to simplify navigation. This will make it much easier for admins and managers to find the data they need without the "weird and challenging" logic of the current menus.

AI Notification System (1H 2026): You mentioned the need for automated feedback regarding underutilized products. We are currently developing an AI-driven notification system, slated for the first half of 2026, that will proactively flag these issues so they don't dilute your team's Prodoscore.

Knowledge Base Overhaul: We are actively rebuilding our Knowledge Base from the ground up to align with our new features, ensuring you have a clear, intuitive roadmap whenever you have a question.

"Effortlessly Boosts Team Efficiency"
What do you like best about Prodoscore?

I love the ease of use for everybody, whether it's the end user or me, as the leader of the team. I also appreciate each person having the plugin on their Chrome browser, and then me within the admin panel being able to control what websites we use for business purposes that I want to have visibility in. Additionally, being able to pull in global analytics of everybody at the organization to show what teams are performing higher than others really helps to gamify something that used to be looked at as a 'big brother'. What do you dislike about Prodoscore?

I'm not really sure if there's anything that I would say needs to be improved as Prodoscore has been rolling out many enhancements over time. I think as time goes on, we will see the team scoring or overall organizational efficiency view improve. What do you like best about Prodoscore?

As a law firm administrator, I’ve found Prodoscore to be an absolute game-changer in understanding and improving team productivity — especially with many of our employees working remotely. Unlike traditional monitoring tools, Prodoscore doesn’t “watch” or micromanage employees. Instead, it smartly focuses on the applications and tools that truly contribute to their productivity.

What I appreciate most about Prodoscore is that it rewards productive behavior without penalizing anyone. Employees receive points for engaging with work-related applications, but the software never deducts points for using non-work tools — because those aren’t even tracked. This creates a healthy, trust-based approach to productivity that respects employee privacy while still providing valuable insights.

From an administrative standpoint, the analytics and visibility it provides are invaluable. It’s easy to see which tools are most utilized, where workflows can be optimized, and how to support remote teams more effectively.

If I could suggest an enhancement to Prodoscore, I’d love to see is the option to customize the scoring system based on role or department. Productivity looks different across positions — for instance, sending ten emails might be a small task for one role but a full day’s effort for another. What do you like best about Prodoscore?

Prodoscore is incredibly user-friendly. The dashboard is intuitive, visually clear, and packed with the right data to support both managers and employees. Its ease of use is one of the biggest strengths.

The breadth of features is also impressive. There are plenty of tools and insights to work with, and new features are constantly being added. The program is also something our team engages with regularly — it’s become part of the day-to-day rhythm for employees, and managers check it at least once a week to stay on top of performance.

What makes Prodoscore stand out even more is the team behind it. They’re responsive, receptive to feedback, and genuinely care about improving the product to meet client needs. What do you dislike about Prodoscore?

The main challenge isn’t with the platform itself but with bridging the gap between data and application. Some AI-driven recommendations could use refinement before they feel fully reliable, which is to be expected with evolving data tools.

The software itself is simple to set up and use, but organizational buy-in can be a hurdle. That’s less about Prodoscore and more about the natural resistance that comes with introducing any new productivity tool.

Finally, Prodoscore isn’t a complete one-stop shop. Managers still need to use it alongside other systems to get a fully accurate view of performance and productivity especially depending on the role/job title. What do you like best about Prodoscore?

I love that Prodoscore's dashboard is very user-friendly, allowing me to easily navigate and gain insights into specific employee patterns and daily activities. The feature that lets me compare employees is extremely useful, providing me with the ability to contrast roles effectively. This functionality ensures an even workload distribution across similar roles and assists in identifying both top performers and those needing improvement. I find this particularly valuable in gaining a better understanding of how our teams operate in a remote environment. Prodoscore also greatly helps in monitoring productivity across our organization, offering us the capability to identify low productivity employees and assign proper workloads accordingly. Another aspect I appreciate is the excellent support from the Prodoscore team and our Client Success Manager, who were very accommodating and helpful during the initial setup phase and throughout the learning process, despite the learning curve involved in the first six months. I find that the graphs and charts in Prodoscore are not as interactive as I'd like. Currently, I can't click on them to see detailed insights, such as which employees fall into categories like low, mid, and high productivity. This makes it less efficient for me to analyze data. Additionally, the employee search functionality is cumbersome. It's too manual to navigate and find specific employees, which hinders my ability to quickly access individual data. The clarity of the metrics and the ability to view cross-department activity at a glance significantly enhance my decision-making process.
