**What do you like best about Prodoscore?**

The tool is easy to use and provides great insight into tool usage, training opportunities, and related areas.

**What do you dislike about Prodoscore?**

I haven’t run into any real red flags with this product. The biggest challenge is figuring out what to do with all the data it provides. Prodoscore does a great job listening to what you want to see and then translating that into useful reporting once you’re up and running.

**What problems is Prodoscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure our teams are actually using the tools we pay for is the biggest problem we’re trying to solve. There are so many options available, and the tools are expensive. Prodoscore helps us see where team members are spending their time, so we can compare time spent to output and better correlate ROI for each tool. It also helps us spot training opportunities and areas where we should review process efficiency. Finally, it gives us visibility into which AI tools the team is using most.

**What do you like best about Prodoscore?**

I like how Prodoscore gives insights into how our employees are working throughout the day - their patterns, rhythms, and what types of tools they are using and how frequently to do their jobs. I also like that it is honestly not too intrusive. Still protects the privacy of those being monitored.

**What do you dislike about Prodoscore?**

Honestly I find it very hard to use. The UI is not intuitive at all. It is very difficult to follow the logic in getting certain things done, so much so that it is prohibitive to product adoption. Conceptually Prodoscore is amazing. However, I really feel that Prodoscore needs a huge upgrade in terms of ease of use for the admin and the managers. The menus, the logic behind how employees are managed, etc. is just confusing and difficult. Also, I find the way products are added is just so weird and challenging to figure out. And it would be good to get automated feedback from the product that certain products assigned to users aren't being used much, since this can actually be detrimental to their Prodoscore as it dilutes the issue. They also need to upgrade their knowledge base.

**What problems is Prodoscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's giving us visibility to the work habits and patterns of our remote workforce which is highly beneficial data that can validate assumptions based on other aspects of performance.

We also want to be very direct about the "dislikes" you mentioned. We hear you loud and clear: a powerful tool isn't much help if the UI feels like a logic puzzle. We are committed to making the "how" as seamless as the "what."

Here is what we are doing to fix the hurdles you mentioned:

New Reporting Center: We are building a dedicated Reporting Center designed to simplify navigation. This will make it much easier for admins and managers to find the data they need without the "weird and challenging" logic of the current menus.

AI Notification System (1H 2026): You mentioned the need for automated feedback regarding underutilized products. We are currently developing an AI-driven notification system, slated for the first half of 2026, that will proactively flag these issues so they don't dilute your team's Prodoscore.

Knowledge Base Overhaul: We are actively rebuilding our Knowledge Base from the ground up to align with our new features, ensuring you have a clear, intuitive roadmap whenever you have a question.

**What do you like best about Prodoscore?**

I love the ease of use for everybody, whether it's the end user or me, as the leader of the team. I also appreciate each person having the plugin on their Chrome browser, and then me within the admin panel being able to control what websites we use for business purposes that I want to have visibility in. Additionally, being able to pull in global analytics of everybody at the organization to show what teams are performing higher than others really helps to gamify something that used to be looked at as a 'big brother'.

**What do you dislike about Prodoscore?**

I'm not really sure if there's anything that I would say needs to be improved as Prodoscore has been rolling out many enhancements over time. I think as time goes on, we will see the team scoring or overall organizational efficiency view improve. But for now, I have the ability to extract all of my data and do analytics through Chat GPT, which helps me get the insight I need.

**What problems is Prodoscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prodoscore helps me track team efficiency, provides insights into activities not on the calendar, and differentiates value-adding tasks from non-productive ones.

I like how employees don't have to log into anything and it tracks things automatically. Once set up, it's pretty easy and doesn't need much more maintenance. The productivity breakdown is valuable to me because it breaks down each app, URL, screen time, active time, breaks, and non-active time. I would rate the initial setup's difficulty as 6/10, but having our rep Will at Prodoscore, who was very hands-on with the setup, made it easier.

**What do you like best about Prodoscore?**

As a law firm administrator, I’ve found Prodoscore to be an absolute game-changer in understanding and improving team productivity — especially with many of our employees working remotely. Unlike traditional monitoring tools, Prodoscore doesn’t “watch” or micromanage employees. Instead, it smartly focuses on the applications and tools that truly contribute to their productivity.

What I appreciate most about Prodoscore is that it rewards productive behavior without penalizing anyone. Employees receive points for engaging with work-related applications, but the software never deducts points for using non-work tools — because those aren’t even tracked. This creates a healthy, trust-based approach to productivity that respects employee privacy while still providing valuable insights.

From an administrative standpoint, the analytics and visibility it provides are invaluable. It’s easy to see which tools are most utilized, where workflows can be optimized, and how to support remote teams more effectively.

Additionally, the support provided by Prodoscore has been top tier. They have been hands on from initial implementation through training and support to our staff. They are quick to respond every time I reach out.

**What do you dislike about Prodoscore?**

If I could suggest an enhancement to Prodoscore, I’d love to see is the option to customize the scoring system based on role or department. Productivity looks different across positions — for instance, sending ten emails might be a small task for one role but a full day’s effort for another. Being able to fine-tune that would make the insights even more meaningful.

**What problems is Prodoscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aside from the analytics and visibility into the performance of my team, Prodoscore has helped to strengthen my team's consistency and compliance with company SOPs.  For Prodoscore to accurately gauge one's productivity, that team member must be using company approved applications and following company SOPs.  My team is engaged in their own productivity and rating through Prodoscore.  They participate in friendly competitions with each other - and even themselves - to maintain healthy productivity scores.  My team is aligned with processes and consistent with final product now more than ever.

**What do you like best about Prodoscore?**

Prodoscore is incredibly user-friendly. The dashboard is intuitive, visually clear, and packed with the right data to support both managers and employees. Its ease of use is one of the biggest strengths.

The breadth of features is also impressive. There are plenty of tools and insights to work with, and new features are constantly being added. The program is also something our team engages with regularly — it’s become part of the day-to-day rhythm for employees, and managers check it at least once a week to stay on top of performance.

What makes Prodoscore stand out even more is the team behind it. They’re responsive, receptive to feedback, and genuinely care about improving the product to meet client needs. Customer support is excellent, and the data science team in particular does a fantastic job of presenting complex information in a meaningful way.

**What do you dislike about Prodoscore?**

The main challenge isn’t with the platform itself but with bridging the gap between data and application. Some AI-driven recommendations could use refinement before they feel fully reliable, which is to be expected with evolving data tools.

The software itself is simple to set up and use, but organizational buy-in can be a hurdle. That’s less about Prodoscore and more about the natural resistance that comes with introducing any new productivity tool.

Finally, Prodoscore isn’t a complete one-stop shop. Managers still need to use it alongside other systems to get a fully accurate view of performance and productivity especially depending on the role/job title. That said, it’s an invaluable tool that provides significant insight and has become a core part of how we manage a team of 300 employees.

Prodoscore helps us better understand productivity across a hybrid and remote workforce. With 300 employees, it can be difficult for managers to maintain visibility into performance and engagement. Prodoscore bridges that gap by turning raw activity into clear, actionable insights.

It’s become part of our daily workflow, giving managers real data to guide conversations, identify trends, and support employees more effectively. This consistency has improved accountability and allowed us to spot areas where coaching or resources are needed sooner.

Prodoscore gives us real, actionable data on employee productivity, which is especially useful for remote teams. The org chart and hierarchy views are a bit cumbersome and distracting, making it hard to quickly see reporting structures without being overwhelmed by extra data like scores. I wish there was a simple, dedicated org chart view without all the additional boxes or breakdowns.

I think we've had a great customer service rep, Karen, who has been phenomenal. It's very nice that sometimes we can edit the functionality, even though the system is still new. The initial setup was quite easy; we just sent them a file feed, and they assisted us with the initial upload and everything. It was a 10 out of 10 experience.

**What do you dislike about Prodoscore?**

Sometimes they're still building out some things, so if it is a newer launch, I find that there are issues. At times, with newer launches, once they launch a new feature, there are bugs or different things that can cause other issues.

Prodoscore helps us understand employee workload by showing who works more, allowing comparison across departments and teams.

**What do you like best about Prodoscore?**

I appreciate that Prodoscore isn't spy software, yet it gives employees the ability to view their own productivity. This helps them manage their workloads more efficiently.  Prodoscore also integrates AI and is always improving as a company.

**What do you dislike about Prodoscore?**

There is not much to dislike.  My only complaint is that as of now I don't see any ways to make custom User roles.  So in my firm, we have to make do with the list, which is long, but it doesn't always fit all of the roles that we need.

**What problems is Prodoscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest benefits of Prodoscore is letting us know when and how to hire smarter.  When team members of a certain department are being over or underworked, Prodoscore helps us to visualize that and make the necessary staffing and workload changes.  It also brings accountability between managers and their employees.  If an employee is slacking off, it is obvious.  Prodoscore also helps our team members manage their own workloads smarter, making their own production, and as a result the production of the whole business, increase.

I love the way Prodoscore presents information. The daily reports are an incredibly useful tool that gives us a constant pulse on our team's productivity and engagement. The visualization dashboards are clear and intuitive, making it extremely easy to understand the data and identify key trends at a glance. This combination of detailed reports and an appealing visualization has transformed the way we manage performance.

**What do you dislike about Prodoscore?**

I would like Prodoscore to offer the functionality to create new departments directly from the platform. Initially, this was an inconvenience, but I have to highlight the excellent support from the Prodoscore technical team. When we requested this feature, they took care of creating the departments we needed quickly and efficiently, which shows their commitment to the customer.

Prodoscore solves the core problem of a lack of objective visibility into employee productivity, especially in our remote and hybrid work environment. Previously, we relied on lagging metrics and subjective assumptions, which made it hard to pinpoint what truly drives success and created a breeding ground for micromanagement.

I love that Prodoscore's dashboard is very user-friendly, allowing me to easily navigate and gain insights into specific employee patterns and daily activities. The feature that lets me compare employees is extremely useful, providing me with the ability to contrast roles effectively. This functionality ensures an even workload distribution across similar roles and assists in identifying both top performers and those needing improvement. I find this particularly valuable in gaining a better understanding of how our teams operate in a remote environment. Prodoscore also greatly helps in monitoring productivity across our organization, offering us the capability to identify low productivity employees and assign proper workloads accordingly. Another aspect I appreciate is the excellent support from the Prodoscore team and our Client Success Manager, who were very accommodating and helpful during the initial setup phase and throughout the learning process, despite the learning curve involved in the first six months.

I find that the graphs and charts in Prodoscore are not as interactive as I'd like. Currently, I can't click on them to see detailed insights, such as which employees fall into categories like low, mid, and high productivity. This makes it less efficient for me to analyze data. Additionally, the employee search functionality is cumbersome. It's too manual to navigate and find specific employees, which hinders my ability to quickly access individual data.

I love using Prodoscore to monitor remote employees' daily activities across various internal departments. **What do you like best about Prodoscore?**

I like that I can quickly reference Prodoscore each morning, and it does not take significant time to see where an employee stands, enhancing my efficiency. I find the new compare employees feature to be the best addition for my usage, helping me effectively assess and compare employee productivity across similar roles. This functionality allows me to set better, achievable production standards by understanding what role standards should be. Prodoscore has also helped solve discrepancies in productivity across roles by providing managers with a high-level view of what tasks employees spend most of their time on throughout the day.

**What do you dislike about Prodoscore?**

I find the lack of real-time data to be less than ideal because waiting until the following day to view needed information can cause delays, especially when an issue arises that needs immediate attention. Additionally, while currently beta testing the agent feature that monitors non-web-based programs, I feel this function is necessary for our organization's operations.

**What problems is Prodoscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prodoscore helps with managing the day to day operations of a large  (and primarily remote) staff.  Using their high-level view,  the dashboards are easy to read and allow us to drill down into the data as needed.  Along with other metrics, the data provided has helped identify folks we want to pat on the back for their performance, and conversely, identify employees that were under-performing.  We review the data daily and use it to coach our employees on their productivity.

No downsides to mention.  The product has worked great for our organization and has been complemented by fantastic account managers that are committed to making sure we are getting the best level of service possible.  They visited our office recently and educated our organization on some included features that were not being utilized.

There are gaps, like for example if something is being worked on in Microsoft Office on the computer rather than web version, or if employees are attending in person meetings. It can create tension internally when certain leaders put too much emphasis on Prodoscore as the only measure of productivity. I like how irrespective of the device we use, the data gets collected, the other tools we use are agent based which collects data for laptops only. This helps us show our performance when we respond to emails or chats off-hours using our phones, which still gets captured, plus the team incorporated our suggestions in no time and enabled the feature requested for better analysis.
I like the support I receive from Lucia Carillo, she is available anytime for any question and makes the issue addressing effortless, and has great knowledge about the tool.

**What do you dislike about Prodoscore?**

It is too expensive for what is provided, there is a lot that could be provided in the analysis reporting. There isn't much insight into data given to us, other than the basic comparison, neither is there any custom integration readily available that will help us to utilize the raw data. We have integrated other tools with Zoho analytics to feed data directly into the dashboards, but Prodoscore needs certain customization to be enabled based on customer requirement and do not have an API to connect the data easily.

We are looking at Prodoscore mainly for the employees who are out on the field and work from their company-provided devices as well as personal devices. We want to know if the employees are working from home or not. Prodoscore fulfills the purpose we have to collect employee activity data.

While the Prodoscore team attempts to resolve these issues, it can be problematic. Prodoscore offers a nice Microsoft and Phone system integration- this ensures that activities are not double counted for employees.  There is also a nice heirarchy that can be built into prodoscore so that managers and directors only have access to individual teams.

**What do you dislike about Prodoscore?**

I would love the ability to connect different phone systems for different user groups. In addition, I'd like to be able to make custom user group names instead of having to use the pre-populated user groups provided. As a company that isn't a sales focused organization, and is currently using it for more operational empoloyee data, its tough to get a full picture look at efficiency as custom integrations would be a hefty task.

**Recommendations to others considering Prodoscore:**

Take a detailed look at your systems utilized and compare to the feature set offered by Prodoscore. For the cost, we have a lot of systems that are not included in the standard integration package. To measure everything our team does would be financially inefficient, so it's tough to make decisions off the data set we get from Prodoscore. In addition, have clear objectives regarding how the data will be utilized to ensure ROI from the data.

The navigation is simple and easy to use.  I like how each tool, timestamp, and reporting work together, and the visual representation of the information is well thought out.

We are currently having issues with our dynamics integration as part of our Demo. With the limited time of the demo account, this does cut into our ability to evaluate the usefulness.  Some of the markers identified as productivity in the scoring do not align with productivity by our KPI definition.    So adjustments will need to be made to the scoring algorithm that is not exactly intuitive.

So far, we have not solved any problems.  The goal is to find areas in which we can increase the focus and productivity of our team members. So far, it seems we will be able to obtain the information and put together more thought-out policies and improve our productivity. During the first part of the COVID-19 pandemic, we had no idea how we would develop a way to monitor productivity for remote employees. It was a completely new concept for us. But Prodoscore, from the start, was able to pull data from a few months prior and showed us how employees were managing their time at home. Some people would start the day great, but by noon nothing. With that visibility, we were able to make informed decisions.

**What do you like best about Prodoscore?**

It's great to have a snapshot of the day to see where the most productivity is happening for each individual. It's great that you can customize the view and add in days off, holidays, and working timeframes to get the most accurate score. The system is very user-friendly and they integrate with all the major CRMs and vendor accounts we use.

**What do you dislike about Prodoscore?**

The system only pulls data from previous days. It would be great to get some live data to manage the team more effectively. I believe this is in the works!

**What problems is Prodoscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's been great to see what our more effective team members are doing and where they spend their time, so we can replicate those behaviors in those that need improvement. We can see easily when they have gap time and the times of day they are the most productive.

The daily/weekly emails provide a quick recap and the easy-to-use dashboard offers deeper insight. We’re able to proactively catch drops in performance via automated alerts and replicate what’s working with our top performers.

**What do you dislike about Prodoscore?**

Integrations were initially limited to core solutions (Email/Productivity, Telephony, and CRM). Fortunately, there has been a substantial increase in other services offered with more on their roadmap.

**Recommendations to others considering Prodoscore:**

It’s vital that you have G Suite or Office 365, a CRM, and a cloud-based phone system to get the most out of the platform, especially for sales. Leverage the built-in machine learning tools around call transcription to quickly extract and quantify key talking points and their frequency.

**What problems is Prodoscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our transition to a fully remote team has been seamless thanks to Prodoscore. We’ve seen a steady increase in productivity and sales, more effective marketing through keyword visibility, and a reduction in employee attrition. Prodoscore has been indispensable and will continue to be a key part of our toolset.
