I like how Prodoscore gives insights into how our employees are working throughout the day - their patterns, rhythms, and what types of tools they are using and how frequently to do their jobs. I also like that it is honestly not too intrusive. Still protects the privacy of those being monitored. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly I find it very hard to use. The UI is not intuitive at all. It is very difficult to follow the logic in getting certain things done, so much so that it is prohibitive to product adoption. Conceptually Prodoscore is amazing. However, I really feel that Prodoscore needs a huge upgrade in terms of ease of use for the admin and the managers. The menus, the logic behind how employees are managed, etc. is just confusing and difficult. Also, I find the way products are added is just so weird and challenging to figure out. And it would be good to get automated feedback from the product that certain products assigned to users aren't being used much, since this can actually be detrimental to their Prodoscore as it dilutes the issue. We also want to be very direct about the "dislikes" you mentioned. We hear you loud and clear: a powerful tool isn't much help if the UI feels like a logic puzzle. We are committed to making the "how" as seamless as the "what."
Here is what we are doing to fix the hurdles you mentioned:
New Reporting Center: We are building a dedicated Reporting Center designed to simplify navigation. This will make it much easier for admins and managers to find the data they need without the "weird and challenging" logic of the current menus.
AI Notification System (1H 2026): You mentioned the need for automated feedback regarding underutilized products. We are currently developing an AI-driven notification system, slated for the first half of 2026, that will proactively flag these issues so they don't dilute your team's Prodoscore.
Knowledge Base Overhaul: We are actively rebuilding our Knowledge Base from the ground up to align with our new features, ensuring you have a clear, intuitive roadmap whenever you have a question.
