Honestly, nothing. I’ve tried to find a redeeming feature, and there isn’t one that actually helps me as a working recruiter. Anything they claim as a “best feature” is either outdated, clunky, or buried under so many rules and clicks that it becomes useless in real workflow. The system doesn’t make me faster, it doesn’t make me more accurate, and it definitely doesn’t help me make money. If anything, the best thing about Tracker is when I’m not logged into it
