If your business is focused on permanent executive recruitment, there might be better systems out there. - The priority seems to be on adding big, flashy features, but the important details for day-to-day use are being overlooked. - It takes a lot of practice and training to get the most out of the reporting function. **Recommendations to others considering Tracker:** Tracker RMS is a decathlete - it does a lot of things well, with no real glaring deficiencies. We're glad to hear the platform has been stable for your team, the pricing has felt fair, and our support and CRM tools have been pulling their weight for your business development efforts. The "decathlete" comparison is one we've taken to heart. On the perm and executive search side, that was a fair read of where our development focus was in 2019 and the years right after. Since then, we've built out dedicated support for different placement types, including perm, contract, and retained search, each with their own workflows and fee structures, rather than a single generic pipeline stretched across all three. It's an area we've continued to invest in as our client base has grown to include more full-time and executive search focused firms. On reporting, we hear you that power without usability isn't the same as a great reporting experience. Since your review, we've rebuilt out custom dashboards and Big Screen Dashboards that let teams build and share KPIs, charts, and reports without needing to be a Tracker power user to get value from day one, alongside AI powered semantic search that surfaces stronger candidate matches with a lot less manual digging. We've also worked to be clearer and more consistent about what's coming next. We have some significant AI capabilities launching in the coming months that are aimed squarely at reducing the day to day admin and training burden you're describing, so keep an eye out for updates over the coming months.
