What's most helpful about Tracker is the people themselves. Anytime that we have a concern or potential situation that needs to be worked through, it is so easy to access support and get the guidance we need to be able to complete our projects. The Tracker Chat is such a phenomenal resource for the day-to-day, and our weekly support sessions to remain aligned on outstanding tickets and upcoming phases is something we look forward to each week. Some of the integrations feel like they still have a lot of kinks to work out. There's been consistent issues searching within the ATS on external job boards but even with that, the team has always remained supportive and communicated with us throughout the challenges.
