What I like best about Tracker is that it gives me a clear view of what’s happening across my business without requiring me to dig through multiple systems. From recruiting activity to reporting and workflow management, the platform helps us stay organized, move quickly, and make better decisions. It has become a central tool for managing and growing our operation. What has truly set Tracker apart, however, is the level of support. As a small business owner, I have never felt like a small account. Cordelia Calderon has been fantastic to work with. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when questions come up. Even though we’re a small business, she treats us like a priority and makes us feel like we’re her largest client. That level of care is rare and has had a significant impact on our overall experience. It’s refreshing to work with a company that not only provides a great product but also backs it with people who genuinely care about their customers’ success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Tracker? Tracker is a strong platform overall, but I would like to see more flexibility in customization options. There are occasional challenges related to time zone settings when working across different regions, and some workflows would benefit from additional configuration capabilities. While the interface is straightforward and easy to navigate, the simplicity can sometimes limit flexibility. I also think the pricing structure could be improved. The platform is reasonably priced at the base level, but many of the features that businesses ultimately need are available as add-ons, which can increase costs quickly. Greater inclusion of key functionality within standard packages would provide even more value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracker is helping us solve the challenge of managing recruiting, candidate pipelines, client activity, and reporting in a single system. Before having a centralized platform, it was much harder to maintain visibility across the business and ensure that information was being tracked consistently.
