**What do you like best about Tracker?**

The Customer Support team is top notch. When I have questions that arise, their chat functionality gives me immediate access to their Customer Service team in real time. If there are larger issues, their team works to help us find resolution. Morgan Volta is fantastic and we know when she's involved she will get our wants/needs met!

**What do you dislike about Tracker?**

The reporting functionality is not an intuitive as it could be-but, with proper training and some customization from the TrackerTeam, we are able to get our reporting needs met!

**What problems is Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracker helps us with all of our ATS, CRM, Timekeeping and Invoicing needs.

**What do you like best about Tracker?**

Honestly, nothing. I’ve tried to find a redeeming feature, and there isn’t one that actually helps me as a working recruiter. 

Anything they claim as a “best feature” is either outdated, clunky, or buried under so many rules and clicks that it becomes useless in real workflow. 

The system doesn’t make me faster, it doesn’t make me more accurate, and it definitely doesn’t help me make money. 

If anything, the best thing about Tracker is when I’m not logged into it

**What do you dislike about Tracker?**

Pretty much everything. The system is clunky, slow, and overloaded with pointless steps. Nothing flows. 

Sequencing feels like doing Newton physics just to send a simple follow-up.

 Their LinkedIn tool is terrible, even though they brag about being compliant. 

Uploading data is almost impossible because their mapping rules make a basic spreadsheet import feel like a full-time project. 

Integrations are weak or flat-out missing — RingCentral AI notes being the best example. 

Anytime you bring up an issue, you get gaslighting, red herrings, or “we’re working on it” with no actual progress. 

Tracker doesn’t help me make money. 

It costs me money by slowing down sourcing, BD, and placements. It’s a burden, not a tool.

None, it is a roadblock to me at the moment.

**What do you like best about Tracker?**

What we appreciate most about Tracker is how it truly becomes the central hub for our business. It has allowed us to move away from juggling multiple systems and instead operate from one reliable source of truth. That alone has made a huge difference in how clearly we understand our data and day-to-day operations.

Tracker’s level of customization is one of its biggest strengths. We’ve been able to design processes that reflect how we actually work, rather than forcing our teams or clients into rigid workflows. As we’ve grown, especially in supporting government clients, Tracker has scaled with us. We’ve been able to adapt workflows, placements, and reporting to meet evolving compliance requirements and increasingly complex reporting needs without outgrowing the platform.

The reporting and data visibility we now have is something we didn’t realize we were missing before Tracker. With clearer insights into activity, trends, and performance, we’re able to make more confident, strategic decisions instead of reacting after the fact. On top of that, Tracker’s support team has been a true partner. Their responsiveness and willingness to help us think through solutions has made the platform even more valuable as our needs continue to grow.

**What do you dislike about Tracker?**

Because Tracker offers so much flexibility and customization, there can be a learning curve during setup, especially when building advanced workflows or complex reports. It takes time and intention to fully optimize the system. However, this is balanced out by the strength of the support team, who are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping you get the most out of the platform.

**What problems is Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracker has helped us solve challenges around disconnected systems, manual processes, and limited reporting visibility. By bringing recruiting, marketing, automation, timekeeping, and reporting into one platform, we’ve reduced manual work, improved data accuracy, and created more consistent processes across teams.

The biggest benefit has been clarity. Tracker’s reporting allows us to better support our government clients by meeting enhanced reporting and compliance expectations while also giving leadership a clear picture of what’s happening in the business. This visibility has helped us scale with confidence, strengthen accountability, and make smarter, more proactive decisions.

I really appreciate Tracker for seamlessly integrating all our information workflows into one place, which enhances efficiency and streamlines our operations. The automation capabilities of Tracker are incredibly beneficial, allowing us to automate various processes, which in turn optimizes our team's time and improves documentation. This all-in-one CRM and ATS solution is user-friendly and easy to adopt. Really like how responsive and helpful the Customer Support team is. Whenever our team has questions or runs into potential issues, the Tracker team is always available to assist and does so in a professional and friendly manner. I raised a potential issue regarding phone number search functions, and it appears to have already been fixed within 24 hrs.

**What do you dislike about Tracker?**

Nothing off the top of my mind. Considering the service and number of features they offer, everything is up to par in my opinion.

helps manage our large database of clients and candidates in a clean and efficient way. Allows us to run a smooth and organized operation. It's scalability is very helpful as we continue to grow.

**What do you like best about Tracker?**

- decent feature-to-cost ratio, appropriately priced.
- generally works well - stable, very little downtime experienced.
- responsive, well-intentioned customer support.
- CRM tool helps manage BD efforts.
- comprehensive, if overly complicated, reporting suite.

**What do you dislike about Tracker?**

- It feels like the system is trying to do too much, with too many features that aren't fully developed.
- The development team doesn't seem as focused or responsive as we'd like, and their roadmap is unclear and poorly communicated.
- Most of the new features since 2020 are geared towards contract, temporary, and bulk recruitment, rather than full-time, permanent, and professional search. If your business is focused on permanent executive recruitment, there might be better systems out there.
- The priority seems to be on adding big, flashy features, but the important details for day-to-day use are being overlooked.
- It takes a lot of practice and training to get the most out of the reporting function.

**Recommendations to others considering Tracker:**

Tracker RMS is a decathlete - it does a lot of things well, with no real glaring deficiencies. Our entire team is happy with Tracker and we won't be changing any time soon.

Tracker comes as an all-in-one solution, removing the need for our team to use multiple platforms (I'm sure you can understand that asking a recruiter to use one piece of tech is a challenge in itself), Tracker is constantly evolving and keeping up to date with the latest tools reducing the need for us to look elsewhere.

Support is limited to ticketing only, it would be helpful to have a contact number for critical issues.

First, the customer service.  The fact that you can type in the message help ticker at the bottom and actually get a live person, instead of AI, is EXTREMELY useful!  

I also love that you can click/drag a resume to their drop box and it automatically will create a candidate's profile for you, which saves tons of times.

This is an ATS everyone in the recruiting space should be using.

So far it's been a good experience.  There's a lot to it, so just know there's a lot to learn.  But, it all seems very beneficial.

I enjoy the dashboards the most - as it is a great to see how well a recruiter is performing day to day / month to month. The quick response from Eric today was also great, had my issue resolved in less than 20 mins. Being new to recruitment, I had never used an ATS before but I find tracker very easy to use.

Having to open up the full candidate profile to send trackable emails sometimes is a bit of an inconvience.

I had an issue with my LogicMelon plugin - it has resolved in 20 mins via a chat channel which was great. Didn't take away for me doing my job while responding to Eric

We've  been working with Tracker for several years, and no matter how big they grow, they still offer a level of speed and responsiveness that I find so reassuring. The product has evolved significantly since we migrated from Bullhorn. What an outstanding upgrade. The chat help (Kristen, Eric and Andrew specifically) is always friendly, patient and resourceful. 

I'm in Tracker ALL day communicating with clients and our Talent, I'm so grateful for a tool that's as easy to use, while constantly offering new features and upgrades.

I do wish there was 24 hour actual chat help, but the support videos always get me through.

Saves time - the automations and templates work well!

Now that all of my data has been imported, there is nothing I don't like about the system. It is exactly what I need.

Tracker Customer Service is great!! They have a chat option and its a real person! NOT A BOT. Also they actually help! Especially great for newer recruiters to be able to trouble shoot technical issues directly with admins.

**What do you dislike about Tracker?**

There is no option for Arizona timezone so we have to change the timezones even though in AZ we dont change timezones to maintain the correct time. Not a huge deal, just something that probably needs to be updated.

Easy and quick to use. I can easily enter candidate information and drop resumes into the tool.

We upgraded our system to Tracker a little over a year ago. We have been very pleased with the change because of two key reasons: 1) The system is extremely customizable. This is critical for us because we are a very non-traditional recruiting firm. 2) The support has been exceptional. Our relationship began with Noah who is hands down the best integration partner I've ever worked with and the support we get in the online chat from Eric and Kristin has always been timely, professional, and personal. It's very visually appealing and user friendly. TrackerRMS is a great CRM and ATS and can be fully customizable dependingon what you need. The implementation was very easy to accomplish. There was a lot of manual work to be done on our end (to build the data from the get-go) so as to ensure that the tool can satisfy our business needs. Integration took a few weeks but once the structure was in place, we started using it with ease. We use this every day - I actually never log out of it unless I get kicked out! The service has also been very good. I can always rely on someone getting back to me at a reasonable timeframe.

**What do you dislike about Tracker?**

I guess it being fully customizable also. A person's view will never be the same as another user's view. This also goes with reports. There should really be a standard set of reports (placements, projects, assignments, history, etc.) already available to the users. This can be helpful if and when you're only looking for general reports that's easily available.

When I need to pull a summary report - it provides a great outline. However, it's bothersome to keep making reports and customizing it all the time. 
Tracking invoices paid and raised is VERY valuable. Especially it having integrated with our QBO. That's a great feature.

Some of the pre-existing fields did not track data the way we wanted it tracked.  Also, the visibility of candidate data/notes requires clicking into more tabs, and records than in our previous system.

TrackerRMS is totally customizable to each recuiter and/or account executives liking.  TrackerRMS works with the latest automation technologies. (such as - having your data encryted, text messaging, document signing, integarating with all the job boards and much more.  TrackerRMS has never had an outage and/or downtime.  TrackerRMS has a personalized dashboard.  Each employee comes in every morning and ready to start my day.  Many calendar alerts and plug-ins are available.  The search functions are incredible and the ATS works very well with searching candidates and job posting with other job boards sites. TrackerRMS is a one stop shop.  It is easy to navigate and search through with the other portals.  We have been very productive in our office and making more placements.  TrackerRMS has helped bring our entire staff to a common platform with a common process. We are reaching more candidates and getting more client leads.  The support team is available all the time, we can even do a quick online chat when you are experiencing an issue.  TrackerRMS has weekly training and several webinars to watch.

I haven't been able to really use their back office module as of yet.  (Timesheets and Invoicing) but it is more error to me that I am not using it.

If you are seeking a cloud based ATS that can customize any features to work well with your recuitment and sales team, please do not waste time and make the switch to TrackerRMS.  The team is very knowlegable and will work very closely with your firm to ensure a successful migration.

I can write a lot positive things on all the benefits we have experienced is using TrackerRMS.  TrackerRMS is very automated and very user friendly cloud based ATS.  Our recruiters and account executives are managing their clients and candidates more effectively. TrackerRMS can pretty much customize to your liking.  As the administrator, it is so easy to change the workflow and views very easily.   TrackerRMS allowed us to also save money on using their back office system for billing.  It is a great ATS to use for a new hire that is new to the staffing industry as well.  It helps the recruiters with tracking the full life cycle of a placement (from the resume download, →to the resume submittal to client  →, to the interview with client → to the client placement $)

It is not so flexible. Although Tracker reads resumes and adds information from them automatically, we can't change the settings about the automatic system. Therefore, after the system reads the documents and adds information to each candidate's information, I have to edit most sections, including the LinkedIn URL, phone number, and address, every time.

Personalized support is a huge perk. It is a very high functioning tool and can do a lot for both business development and recruiting. There is a cognos based reporting tool that has come in handy tracking our progress and making sure we are all on target.

There are some restrictions on customizations and most of the time feature suggestions do not progress past that which is unfortunate. There are some delays in tickets but nothing that can't be worked around.

- Easily accessible and comprehensive training materials and support documents. In addition, if we can't find a solution to an issue by searching support documents, we then use the online chat -- and it has been a fantastic experience. Extremely helpful!

- Data and workflow management capabilities: we are able to track and visualize real-time date in regards of open jobs and each active candidate's journey. Plus, with the system's help, we are now able to organize our candidate pipelines and schedule in-bulk outreach messages when it is applicable. 

- TrackerRMS reporting module: customized reports have allowed us to gain a better understanding of the whole company and each individual's performance. Individual dashboards are also customizable which is a big plus for us. 

- Simple and swift integration with our website,  job boards, texting services, telephony, etc. 

- Promising new AI functionality for sourcing and documentation purposes: recently we've started successfully using AI generated resume summaries.

Job postings are also quick and easy. 

This system is not bogged down with unnecessary workflows on the front end.

This service is incredibly helpful at actively managing your database of candidates for recruitment services with a robust system that beats out competitors. They are almost always ahead of the digital curve which gives us a major advantage in the recruitment industry.

What's most helpful about Tracker is the people themselves. Anytime that we have a concern or potential situation that needs to be worked through, it is so easy to access support and get the guidance we need to be able to complete our projects. The Tracker Chat is such a phenomenal resource for the day-to-day, and our weekly support sessions to remain aligned on outstanding tickets and upcoming phases is something we look forward to each week.

Some of the integrations feel like they still have a lot of kinks to work out. There's been consistent issues searching within the ATS on external job boards but even with that, the team has always remained supportive and communicated with us throughout the challenges.

Tracker is helping us clean up our database and keep it clean - which will prove to be incredibly helpful in the future in regard to data mapping. 
It's a great tool to keep recruiters on track with their weekly progress using dashboards and the reports feature really helps our company stay on track with our goals for the year by maintaining progress. 
Personally, I have found great value in the Marketing and Leads functions. We're able to build out sequences with automation set in place to trigger a variety of potential options depending on the end user's response which allows for mental focus to remain elsewhere.

The chatbot staff are VERY responsive. It is also a pretty comprehensive platform in terms of the amount of work you can document and then your ability to run reports.

**What do you dislike about Tracker?**

VERY clunky platform. It is not user-friendly and hard to navigate. Once an individual user does a lot of their own homework and experiments with the platform, it eventually becomes self-explanatory, but it takes a LONG time and a lot of unnecessary labor to get there

**What problems is Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking applicants, recruitment activities, and candidate support after placement. I have figured out a few useful features for automating our processes as well.

Tracker thought about alot when building the platform. There are many features that helps recruiters get back to recruiting. The email sequences are true lifesavers for recruiters.

Tracker is helping us spend less time navigating through the CRM and more time talking to our clients and candidates. Our team isn't having to spend wasteful time going a CRM trying to find candidates. Tracker makes it easier to find quality candidates within our ATS.

Our goal is to have a single source of truth, and seems like most of Tracker's capabilities could get us there.

The UX can be very clunky sometimes.  There is a lot of unnecessary clicking, and I find it not always intuitive.

A central place to put candidate and client info.  But need help with reporting capabilities to truly understand the value.
