I've been testing out a few SIP trunking providers to figure out who gives me the best combination of call quality, support, and overall value and Telnyx has been the most solid so far. One of my favorite features is their SIP Call Flow Tool. This thing has made troubleshooting so much faster for me. I haven’t seen anything like it on other platforms.
Call quality is excellent, very clear and consistent. The platform also has SSO, which is a small thing, but it makes logging in quicker when I’m juggling a bunch of tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I did run into some confusion when setting up a CloudUCM PBX, and the documentation felt a little lacking in that area. I had to lean on support more than I expected. That said, their live chat support is great. Nolan helped me sort through an issue I caused myself, and the response was quick and helpful.
I'd love to see them offer a better way to manage multi-tenant setups for MSPs or resellers, but overall, it’s been a great experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
