What we like best about Telnyx is their exceptional customer service and support. Whenever we have questions or need assistance, their team is always prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure that we have all the info we need, making our experience smooth and stress-free. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is far greater than any other SIP/VoIP provider we have used in the past. This kind of customer focus is unique to the industry, in our opinion. Once you're in the system, it's pretty easy to use, implementing and integrating it with Free PBX is straight forward. This is probably just me wanting to be lazy, they have a lot of measures in place for security and to help make certain that people are not using SIP trunking for ill will. What problems is Telnyx CPaaS solving and how is that benefiting you? What brought us here initially, our other provider sent us a notice of a rather heafty price increase driven by a minimum monthly usage fee. So immediately, the first problem they are solving is economic savings over our other provider. We did not come to Telnyx for the other platform services, but likely, now that we see what else they are capable of providing, our dev team will be looking at other services and likely to choose Telnyx over Twillio for SMS services. They were able to work with Starlink and get us off of old POTS lines that were failing. A lot of other VOIP providers didn't work with Starlink because of the gnat.
