I use Telnyx for SMS notifications from one of my websites and I actually integrated it myself with minimal effort. ChatGPT was able to parse the documentation and provide successful boiler-plate code for me to get started. I found it extremely straight forward and easy to use. I honestly do not have any dislikes about Telnyx. It was somewhat inconveient to have to jump through the hoops to get started with identification and everything, but I understand the need for this as spam is already a major problem. Telnyx has marginally better pricing for low volume customers just getting started, who are signing up without volume commitments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Telnyx CPaaS? The SIM cards and wireless data is expensive, but it works North American and most European regions without much trouble. Telnyx uses a T.38 media gateway for outgoing faxes, but incoming faxes arrive over G.711 audio. The quality of the code samples and documentation, most notably the NodeJS example projects, could be improved. It isn't clear which version of NodeJS the examples are written for, and the latest version doesn't work. Competent developers can work around this, but it's an uphill challenge for many.
