
I really appreciate LiveKit's ease of integration and its scalability which is extremely helpful for our use case. We rely heavily on its inherent voice agents stack, along with the noise suppression and echo cancellation modules. It's great that LiveKit supports STT, TTS, LLM, custom LLMs, and SIP telephony integration for both inbound and outbound calling. The background noise suppression and noise cancellation features are a major boost, especially for handling customer queries via telephony integration. The ability to integrate STT, TTS, LLM using custom templates like OpenAI, Azure, Llama, Groq, and Gemini models is also a significant advantage for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
