"FreePBX, is the asterisk complement"

What do you like best?

FreePBX, is the asterisk complement, the graph is more advanced than the same asterisk, by which I can configure all types of advanced parameters, it allows me to customize the levels or call profiles, the personalized context can be perform with it the most pending configuration. additionally, the tool contains some conservators for any central administrator, such as sip trunk, extensions, profiles

What do you dislike?

I do not like the basic graphics, however, it does not have an interface so friendly but you have to do a lot of inspection of many things that we can configure, for this reason, who does not know how to configure a central one of these, you can have communication failures

Recommendations to others considering the product

recommend the tool as long as you like free software because with the add-on you can perform advanced mode settings.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has solved me, many times some failures presented in the Xorcom power station, since I have been able to enter backdoor, without the central failure, although I know it is a security flaw, but it has taken me out of danger. therefore it is a way of configuration that helped me solventr problems of the same telephone center

"FreePBX powers complex VoIP solutions without the complexity"

What do you like best?

The custom programming and configuration options are limitless. Our company is powered by FreePBX and it's extensibility. I love that it's a cinch to install, and intuitive to configure from the graphical portal. It's truly powerful.

What do you dislike?

The back-end functionality is fairly complex, but there's good documentation available via the official means as well as third-party resources.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Making VoIP managed with ease. Registering phones, adjusting call flows, and managing the more complex details via GUI is a treat. We needed something to manage Asterisk and other VoIP-oriented programs, and this has been the key.

What VoIP solution do you use?

Thanks for letting us know!
