What I like best about Telnyx CPaaS is its robust and reliable API, which has made integrating their services incredibly smooth for our specific needs. We heavily rely on their number masking feature to protect the privacy of property owners and tenants when communicating with security personnel at gated communities. This functionality ensures that personal phone numbers are never directly exposed during entry authorizations or package delivery notifications, adding a crucial layer of security and privacy for everyone involved.

Furthermore, Telnyx's international SMS delivery service has been consistently dependable for our global communication requirements. The reach and reliability of their SMS platform are impressive, allowing us to efficiently send notifications and updates across borders without issue.

What do you dislike about Telnyx CPaaS?

While our overall experience with Telnyx CPaaS has been positive, one area that could be improved is the maintenance of their PHP SDK. We've noticed that it doesn't always seem to be kept fully up-to-date.

For example, the most recent commit at the time of writing introduced a change that incorrectly set the baseApiUrl to localhost for testing purposes. This oversight wasn't removed before the commit was finalized, which means that anyone integrating the SDK currently needs to manually override this setting in their code to ensure proper functionality.

While this hasn't been a critical blocker for us, it does introduce an unnecessary extra step in the integration process and suggests that the PHP SDK might not be receiving the same level of consistent attention as other aspects of their platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Telnyx CPaaS?

#1 thing I liked is customer support when trying to get A2P approval. That's the main reason I stumbled upon Telynx. All other platforms didn't help me when the A2P campaign got rejected, telynx did. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of integration: The integration with Microsoft Teams was very straightforward.

What do you dislike about Telnyx CPaaS?

I would improve suggestions inside Telnyx portal to guide you to solve issues. In my case I was struggling because I wasn't able to make calls from Microsoft Teams, and in the end the problem was simply because you need to select the countries where you allow to make calls. What do you like best about Telnyx CPaaS?

i think telynx is not only affordable but at the same time provides great voice calling. i am using telynx for outreach to around 1k people daily through ai voice caller agent hat i build and i have no problem using it and . also its was very easy to setup everything and integrating it with my voice model was easy and their customer support is also fast and resolves queries in just 1-2 mails and they also reply within 20 minutes which very fast for email customer support.i am happy and i would highly recomend people to use it. there is really no downside till now ive only got 1 call drop in 10k-15k calls which is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had a small issue when ordering a number , the number features shown sms enabled but when we purched , it was not clear that this is (local) sms . We saw this after purchse not befire Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Telnyx CPaaS?

Telnyx has been absolutely wonderful. I feel like we got so lucky to find them on our first go! Customer support is amazing and very responsive. Everything in the dashboard is very easy to understand. Highly recommend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I only wish the consumption by network would reset month on the dashboard. Not a huge deal, you can find it elsewhere Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer support is very good. You can chat with them live to answer your questions. Most other CPaaS generally lack it and I'd say we should go with customer support. The rates along with volume discounts are transparent Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Telnyx CPaaS?

The API docs are good but I believe explaining concepts could be made easier for newbies. Even so, at least they have everything documented clearly. I wish they made it easier to download rate decks. What do you like best about Telnyx CPaaS?

The simplicity and ease of use with the Telnyx system has been so refreshing.

We needed a SIP Trunk and channels and within 10 minutes of signing up to Telnyx we had a Trunk and Channels up with a phone number.

Porting our exisiting numbers was also easy, and within a few weeks we had our numbers on the system.

Everytime we have reached out to the Support or Billing Teams @ Telnyx they have responded quickly and always answer any questions, no matter how abstract they can be at times.

We are only using a few of the available features of Telnyx, but so far we are more than happy with it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
