"Inbox Zero Made Fun and Efficient with Smart AI Replies"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The Inbox Zero workflow is highly effective—they've successfully turned email management into a more engaging experience. With three main options, you can either act on an email right away, snooze it for later by pressing 'H', or mark it as done and archive it with 'E'. This approach has noticeably sped up how quickly I can get through my inbox. On top of that, the AI reply feature allows me to draft responses in my own voice, and it does this with impressive efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I don't see any downsides. However, I would appreciate it if they could add more features, such as an integrated CRM or SRM, task management, and the ability to add notes to contacts. Aside from that, I find it to be a fantastic app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Incredible Shortcuts and Split Inbox Make Email Effortless"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The shortcuts are incredible. I didn't realize I could work with software without using my mouse.

The split Inbox view has been fantastic for my ADHD. It lets me focus on what's truly important and gives my brain a break from feeling the pressure to clear all of my emails. The team has also been very supportive whenever I've had issues, and the AI support is also really great. I use the platform multiple times a da,y and it makes my life so much easier. It's also super easy to get set up with very detailed onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The only thing I don't like is that I can't automatically add invites to my calendar, and that there is no choice. However, I've gotten used to it now, so it's not that much of an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Mehmet — thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on automatically adding invites to your calendar to share with the team 📝

"Big fan of Superhuman; look forward to product releases bringing the best of Outlook into one app"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The web app is extremely responsive - loading times are minimal, and I rarely experience lag or delays when jumping between inbox, sent items or search.

Keyboard shortcuts are richly implemented, which means I can triage, compose and archive messages at high pace without touching the mouse.

The calendar integration is very straightforward: creating events directly from email threads or switching to a meeting view is intuitive and keeps my schedule & email in one workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

Attachments cannot always be opened directly within the client: in some cases I must download the file first before viewing, which disrupts a seamless workflow.

There is no dedicated task-manager section or “elevated to-do board” view (e.g., similar to Trello) for items that emerge from email threads and require tracking over time.

Occasional friction when switching between email and tasks/projects: since everything remains within the inbox context, things that need broader tracking or follow-up outside the inbox don’t always have a clear path. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Superhuman Transformed My Email Workflow & Reduced Stress—Efficient, Intuitive, and Supportive"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

#1--My work stress level have gone from a 7 to a 1, as now I am easily caught up on the 200+ emails I receive daily and only have to use Superhuman maybe 1 hour total a day. The efficiency in which it sorted my emails instantly upon connecting it to my email client; the keystroke commands that allow me to work much more quickly; the AI at your fingertips that helps with anything; short support videos and emails on features (like embedding calendar meeting options right into your email that people just click on to book). Also…finding emails MUCH more easily and effectively than Google. I also ran an analysis on the amount of time I’ve spend on emails with specific teams of people to have data to backup my requests and reports on productivity. I’m in love and want it forever! LOL!!!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

So far there is nothing I dislike. If there is something that I could do on my old email client, I can just ask the AI how to do it on Superhuman and it will provide all the information and training I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

"A neat mail client"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I think it's really easy to use and is the most clean and neat mail client I have experienced. It helps me reduced the level of distractions from all the promotions in campaign and have the most comprehensive shortcuts so that I can finish everything by only using keyboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

It is worth it but it is a little bit pricey to subscribe personally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It's everything they promised and more."
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

Superhuman delivers on all the features, benefits, and efficiency the team delivers upfront in their value proposition. It's sleek, saves time, leverages Smart Keyboard shortcuts, leaves me not caring if my computer ever has a mouse again, and single-handledly assisted me in triaging and leading three companies at the same time without pulling out my hair.

For those asking why you should pay $1 a day when email should be "free" - you need to rethink your investment strategy. It's pushing away those who are looking for cheap, because the technology is not cheap. If you cannot justify paying for this type of productivity and life tool, you're simply not thinking of your ability to generate value thoughtfully enough.

It's a product that's great, continues to get better, and is responsive and thoughtful. The inline AI features beat grammarly, Apple Intelligence, or any other onboard browser based plugins by a mile and it's only improving more and more.

I use it every day and when my company was acquired I was terrified it was not going to be an approved application...thankfully IT didn't crush my dreams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

At first I was skeptical about the heavily supervised onboarding, but after using the app for a few years, I'll admit it was super smart and saved me tons of time.

The ask AI feature in the more premium version of the app still leaves some to be desired. I find that it really struggles to answer my questions clearly, but with enough AI prompt massaging, I can usually get there. That said, the standard search is really powerful enough for most needs, and to be fair, we've all learned to speak robot to Siri and Alexa in our devices a certain way, so it's really a piece of edge feedback. "Split Inboxes Make Email Organization Effortless and Efficient"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I like how split inboxes let me organize my emails in ways I haven’t before. My inbox feels less cluttered and more manageable—something I’ve wanted for a long time. I also appreciate how fast the app is. It runs smoothly on both my laptop and mobile devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I’m still learning how to navigate the mobile app, especially when it comes to accessing folders and settings. It felt a bit counterintuitive at first, but I’m starting to understand the logic behind the design and getting the hang of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My single favorite app, the one I use most every day, and the one I recommend to all my friends..."
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The Superhuman team completely re-imagined and re-engineered the experience of managing email inboxes. I can complete 95% of an inbox session using only keyboard shortcuts, and love how fast everything is. If you're still using Gmail in the browser, every second of page loading, clicking around, and navigating between inboxes in different tabs is wasting time. Superhuman is reliable and it's constantly improving - it's clear the team values staying ahead of new AI enhancements and really listens to their customer feedback. They offered perhaps the best onboarding and implementation experience I've ever had. I arrived at the demo call using Mac Mail, and when I left the call after 45 minutes I was fully ramped up on Superhuman and never had to use anything else again. I love how my calendars are integrated, the ability to quickly insert pre-scripted snippets that I use repeatedly, and to schedule responses for the future in just two taps on the keyboard. I have no affiliation with Superhuman, but I'm tremendously grateful to them for creating this beautiful, elegant piece of software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

It would be nice if pricing decreased over time to award loyal customers, especially those who joined early in the Superhuman journey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Powered Replies That Save Time Effortlessly"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I like the native AI features that can help me with drafting replies and that it already has a drafted reply in my tone of voice ready for me to review and refine. The amount of features available to you in Superhuman Mail is phenomenal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

To be honest, I don't think there really is anything that I dislike. Superhuman Mail really does help me and saves me a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

"A seamless and intelligent email experience"
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

Using Superhuman has completely transformed the way I manage my emails. The interface is impressively clear, and every feature that usually exists in an inbox has been rethought and redesigned to be more intuitive and more efficient. The integration of AI is outstanding: it blends seamlessly into the workflow and makes every action smoother.

The Inbox Zero principle saves me an incredible amount of time. Something more : I no longer need separate reminder tools. The integrated calendar is also a major strength, centralizing everything I need in one place.

You learn to master Superhuman step by step, until it becomes a true productivity partner. In short, Superhuman is not just an email client, it has redefined the way I work every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

Reaching Inbox Zero becomes very frustrating once the number of emails exceeds a certain threshold, as it feels difficult to manage and clear the inbox completely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on reaching Inbox Zero to share with the team 📝
