"Superhuman Saves Hours with Scheduler, Snippets, and Lightning-Fast Inbox Control"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

Superhuman saves me a lot of time and keeps me organized, which matters a lot given my job requires coordinating with a lot of people whose response times and styles vary. The Scheduler is genuinely useful - it suggests the best time to send an email to someone, which takes the guesswork out of timing. The Snippets feature (canned email templates) has been a lifesaver - during a particularly high-volume stretch when I was sending close to a thousand emails, Snippets made that manageable. The keyboard shortcuts for deleting, categorizing, and marking emails done are also excellent and speed up my day-to-day inbox management significantly. I also use the Claude integration, which fits well into how I already work, and performance overall has been great - the app is fast and reliable even with a high volume of email.

Support has also been a highlight. When I ran into an issue, they responded quickly, and when I requested a feature, they got back to me fast as well. On pricing, my company covers the subscription, and for the value it provides I'd call it reasonable, though I'd imagine the value calculus varies depending on how heavily someone uses it. What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The calendar interface isn't very intuitive. It tries to pull meeting details from emails automatically, but I found the experience confusing, I gave up on it after about five to ten minutes of trying to use it. The impact is that I don't use Superhuman for scheduling at all, I fall back to a separate calendar tool for that, which means I'm managing two systems instead of one. A clearer, more guided flow for confirming or editing the details it pulls from an email would go a long way.

The AI auto-respond feature also needs work. Drafting and rewriting emails with AI works well, but auto-respond only seems to look at the most recent message in a thread rather than the full context of the conversation. The impact is that its suggested responses are sometimes off-base or miss something earlier in the thread, so I have to double-check and rewrite them anyway, which cuts into the time savings the feature is supposed to provide. Having auto-respond pull context from the full thread, not just the last message, would make it much more reliable to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Superhuman Mail: Efficiency at Its Best"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I love how Superhuman Mail makes managing email super easy and efficient. It helps to significantly reduce the time I spend on email by providing great reminders and a clean workflow. I really appreciate the AI integration, which handles common tasks very efficiently without much thought. The feature of automatically creating calendar events is seamless, requiring just one click or keystroke. It's fantastic how Superhuman Mail keeps my inbox clean, helping me to regularly reach inbox zero, which never happened before. The integration with tools like HubSpot is quite good, allowing for automatic setup of deals and adding contacts, making the process smooth. I also find the initial setup super easy. Overall, the experience with Superhuman Mail has been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I use the AI, but honestly, I prefer an integration with Claude because Claude has a better understanding of me and the company. It would be great to send things from Superhuman Mail to Claude for assessment or creation. Also, the app is fairly heavy on macOS, so you need a good-sized machine to run it well. Additionally, I'd like better integration for pulling in links from documents on HubSpot or from private links on Vidyard directly into emails, instead of having to copy and paste from other tools. Hey, Alan β€” thanks so much for sharing this feedback with us! πŸ™

I am happy to share that we have just released our HubSpot integration! You can get started with that by hitting Cmd+K β†’ Enable Superhuman for Sales ⚑

From there, you can hit Cmd+K β†’ HubSpot Settings to follow the steps to get set up.

You can now see HubSpot contacts, companies, and deals right inside your inbox. Choose what matters most, including your own custom properties. Craft your message with full context, reduce context switching, and focus on closing deals.

Give it a try for a bit and let us know what you think! 😊

"Superhuman Makes Inbox Management Effortless and Incredibly Fast"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

As a small team, the biggest win for us has been how much mental load it takes off inbox management. Superhuman learns my brand voice and helps me reply quickly without having to think through and craft every single email from scratch, which matters a lot when you're managing a high volume of messages every day. The triage and splits keep everything organized so nothing important gets buried, and the speed of the whole experience is honestly hard to overstate. Read receipts are also a small but meaningful feature, letting me know when something actually landed instead of wondering. If I lost access tomorrow, those are exactly the features I'd miss most. Altogether, it's saved me real time in the day-to-day running of my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

Honestly, there isn't much to point to. There's a bit of a learning curve when you first get started, since the interface and shortcuts work differently than a typical inbox, but it's fairly easy to pick up and you keep discovering more of what it can do as you go. "Lightning-Fast Email with Powerful Shortcuts and Split Inbox"
4/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

Honestly, it’s incredibly fast. The keyboard shortcuts let me fly through emails without ever touching the mouse. And the Split Inbox feature is amazingβ€”it filters out all the newsletter junk so I only see important messages from real people. It genuinely makes getting to Inbox Zero feel satisfying instead of a chore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

While Superhuman is excellent for speed, its high price tag can be hard to justify for casual email users. On top of that, the hotkey-heavy workflow comes with a steep learning curve, so it doesn’t feel like an out-of-the-box solution for everyone. Finally, the lack of a unified inbox across multiple accounts can slow things down when you’re juggling several projects at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The chore of emails is gone - AI superpowers + blazing fast app with muscle-memory shortcuts."
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

Superhuman helps me achieve inbox zero effortlessly. I tackle my email tasks in the mornings and at the end of the day, and I can’t imagine managing without it now. Features like reminders, AI capabilities for auto-solving, and email style improvements have become my favorites. The app is incredibly fast, and I've developed muscle memory for many of the actions I perform regularly. For some emails, it takes me less than a second to decide whether to act on them, reply, or simply mark them as done. I highly recommend it to anyone who finds managing their inbox a challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The price is a bit high and I think that's the only disadvantage for some reason I still haven't learned the shortcuts and gestures on the mobile app. I always seem to open something weird but the basic movement of solving an email easy to remember. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Powered Inbox Management That Saves Time and Keeps Me Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I really like how much easier this makes managing my inbox. I handle a lot of emails across data management and marketing, so being able to quickly find what I need, organize messages, and use AI to help draft replies saves me a lot of time. Overall, it makes email feel far less overwhelming and helps me stay on top of everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

Honestly, there isn’t much I dislike about it. The biggest adjustment was simply getting used to how everything works. A few of the shortcuts and the way emails are organized aren’t what I’m used to, so it took me a little time to feel comfortable using it. Getting used to the Ai feature is also really cool. At first I didn't like the idea of having an Ai on my email but after some use I realized it makes everything beyond faster and convenient. Its amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fastest email service I use."
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The feature I like the most is the ability to snooze from my phone to my desktop. It helps me clear my inbox and return to a list of high-priority tasks when back at the desktop. I also like using keystrokes rather than mousing all over. It saves me a ton of time. I'm also excited to try out more of the AI features as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

Sometimes the Chrome extension can have challenges. I have had some times where it works great on mobile but doesn't load as much on desktop or as quickly. These instances are not common but do happen from time to time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionizes Email Management with Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I really like the keyboard shortcuts in Superhuman Mail, which make my life easy as I don't have to use a mouse. I can just tap keys to move through mail quickly, helping me complete email tasks much faster than traditional email programs. I also value the automatic sorting feature that prioritizes important emails and separates unimportant ones like newsletters into a separate inbox. This organization allows me to manage my time better. In addition, the coordination with my calendar is a feature I find very useful because it allows me to type in dates in an email and immediately see what I'm doing that day, making scheduling appointments and meetings easy. The initial setup was amazing as it took me to inbox zero in the first five minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Superhuman Turned My Inbox Into a Powerful To-Do List"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

This is a tool that one me over as a skeptic of tools that replaced something I already thought I did pretty well. It started by having me save time reviewing and sorting my emails.

But where I get the most value are being able to truly utilize my inbox like a to-do list through the use of inboxes and reminders. I can get to "Inbox 0" without archiving an email I need to respond to next week - it'll simply reappear in my inbox on Monday with three presses.

The other feature that's been invaluable has been their collaboration. I can share an email with a colleague (even someone who doesn't use Superhuman) and they're able to leave internal-only visible comments or thoughts or context AND they'll be able to see future communication, even if I don't cc them on the thread. They could even respond if I happen to be out of office or are better suited to reply.

I've been impressed with their adoption of targeted and useful AI features, mostly centered around writing where the tool can spin you up a draft and will present you with a recommended reply on an email it suggests it's time to follow-up on.

Their onboarding process, especially for the desktop app, gamified onboarding and helped me get an initial handle on the new work streams, which over the course of a week, we turned into habits together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

Honestly, there isn't a lot I have to say in terms of critical feedback. The tool is simple and performs well and the product improvements and releases target areas that have a meaningful impact on my day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Lifesaver: Smart Reminders, Scheduled Emails, and Helpful AI Summaries"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I absolutely love, love, love the reminders feature. This has saved me many times! Being able to schedule emails to pop back up in my inbox is so great. I don't have to look at all the emails and can deal with the less urgent ones later. I also enjoy the AI summary so I can quickly review each one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

Honestly, there really isn't anything I dislike about it. I would be so upset if they took it away from us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
