What do you like best about Salesforce Spiff?

I absolutely love Salesforce Spiff! It provides full transparency for Commission and my Quarterly Bonus.

It really helps me align my numbers & stay on track for my Quarterly Bonus Attainment. It's very user friendly & it's easy to see & keep track of your entire commission & multipliers.

I continuously encourage my co-workers to utilize Salesforce Spiff to not only cross reference their commission but provide motivation as to what their earnings could be as they try to reach their goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Spiff?

It would be helpful to have the Quarterly Commision Payout you earn visible on the final month, such as the current month you are in at the end of the quarter.) As it is currently, you have to check the next month to see keep track of your attainment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its hard to check my commission estimations when there are multiple kickers involved and when I didnt get paid commissions on a month and I should get them on the following one... like "still unpaid" deals Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quicker syncronization would be great.

Sometimes it takes too long to update with correct data from Salesforce.

I would like to see deeper AI integration within Salesforce Spiff that connects directly with Slack or Microsoft Teams. What do you like best about Salesforce Spiff?

No manual calculation however building plans or formulas feels quite complex and Excel-like. You often need to define compensation rules using expressions and conditional logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Complex commission structures sometimes stretch the platform’s flexibility, requiring workarounds. Not ideal!

What do you like best about Salesforce Spiff?

I love that Salesforce Spiff is super easy to use. A link is sent out internally to us, and I just click on it, sign in, and it's really a one-stop shop. I can see my progress and income, and then I can approve everything with the click of one button. It's great that everything is consolidated in one place so I don't have to hunt and peck around. The setup was tremendously easy, and it's very intuitive. It's very easy to set up and very easy to use. I gave it an absolute 10 out of 10 because it's a really, really good tool. What do you dislike about Salesforce Spiff?

I would like to see a little more dynamic features. Maybe a different tab could tie in with all my account information in Salesforce. There might be an existing capability for projecting future income from deals, but I haven't found it. If there was something that showed what the projection of that income could be in the future, along with the commission statement, that would be very helpful. It help us run referral-network payouts - we have partnered with external specialists which earn for each referral that results in an admission where Salesforce Spiff validate the claim.
