Workshop

Workshop is a modern, purpose-built internal communications platform that helps teams create, send, manage, and measure employee communications in one place — starting with email and extending to Microsoft Teams, Slack, SMS, and more. Backed by powerful AI and automation tools, Workshop helps communicators tackle the day-to-day more effectively: drafting on-brand emails, building dynamic audience lists, personalizing messages by role or location, and analyzing results so you always know what's landing. With Journeys, you can also automate personalized, well-timed sequences (onboarding emails, event follow-ups, benefits reminders, and more!) without adding anything extra to your plate. That means communicators can spend less time pushing messages out and more time focused on the strategy that actually moves people. When a message needs more room to breathe, Pages gives every communication a place to land. Communicators can build branded, mobile-friendly landing pages without any design or IT help, text them directly to frontline and deskless employees via SMS, and update them anytime without breaking a single link. It's the kind of flexibility that helps you reach 100% of your workforce, no matter where they work. Workshop also integrates seamlessly with Outlook, Gmail, SharePoint, Canva, and leading HRIS platforms, so your existing tools keep working the way they should. Most teams are up and running in just two to four weeks, and the impact shows up fast — whether you're a distributed organization trying to reach desk and deskless employees or a growing team that needs a smarter, more scalable way to communicate. That's why organizations like S&P Global, Aston Martin, Monster Energy, White Castle, and Meijer trust Workshop to reach every employee and prove the impact of their communications.

WorkJam

WorkJam is the complete AI frontline operations platform for hourly staff, shift workers, frontline employees, and their managers. Communications, tasks and audits, learning, knowledge and scheduling share one app that every frontline employee can open on the device they have, and it connects to the workforce management, HR and point-of-sale systems a company already runs. Retail, hospitality, food service, manufacturing and distribution companies use WorkJam across their locations, including Catalyst Brands (JCPenney, Aéropostale, Brooks Brothers, Lucky Brand and Nautica), Shell, Metro AG, Ulta Beauty, Priceline Pharmacy, Panda Restaurant Group, Compass Group, Ultium Cells, Marks & Spencer, and The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. The platform Each WorkJam module works on its own and connects to the others, so a company can start with one and add more without changing platforms. Task Management: Work moves from head office to the store or shop floor and reaches employees through their job assignments and qualifications. Employees complete tasks with photo proof, and managers review them. Audits: Store and site audits, inspections and compliance checks run in the same app as daily tasks. Employee Communications: Targeted channels, messaging and surveys replace the email chains and group chats that reach whoever happens to check them. Learning & Knowledge Management: Courses and training are assigned by role and tracked to completion. In the Knowledge Center, policies and SOPs are searchable, and Target Audiences make sure each employee finds the version that applies to them. Documents, pages and thumbnails can be published in multiple languages. Flexible Shift Management: Schedules, shift swaps, open shifts and time-off requests, plus native time and attendance. Earned Wage Access: Employees can get access to wages they have already earned, in the same app. AI & Workflows: The WorkJam AI Agent answers employee questions from company content, within each person's permissions. More on AI below. AI today, and where it is heading WorkJam's AI works inside the frontline workflow in two ways today: the AI Agent answers employee questions, and AI image verification checks the photos employees submit as proof of work. The AI Agent answers from a company's own content, such as policies, SOPs and Knowledge Center pages, and respects each user's permissions and role. An associate and a manager who ask the same question can get different answers, each limited to what that person is authorized to see. That matters on the frontline, where company content includes pay rules, disciplinary procedures and benefits details that not everyone should read. Catalyst Brands uses the AI Agent to answer HR questions for employees across all five of its brands. AI image verification compares each photo an employee takes with the task step's reference image or written description, and tells the employee what to fix before they submit it. Managers review photos from Tasks, Audits and Forms in one Image Review gallery, so district managers can spend store visits on what a photo can't show. The AI Agent and Knowledge Center are included in WorkJam platform tiers rather than priced as add-ons. WorkJam's penetration testing covers the AI Agent, and an AI Agent Security White Paper is available in the WorkJam Trust Center. Most frontline signals still land in a dashboard or an inbox: a cooler alarm, a late delivery, a sick call that leaves a shift short. Someone then has to decide what happens next, pick the person to do it and check that it got done. WorkJam already handles the end of that chain. Tasks reach the right people through their job assignments and come back with photo proof, and Task Connect ties tasks to the systems where many signals start. Metro AG, for example, connects IoT sensors to tasks through Task Connect. WorkJam is building the part in the middle, under an architecture it calls Insights to Execution. The AI will weigh each signal against who is on shift and qualified, rank the work, give the reason for each recommendation and send the task to the person who can act on it, with the result feeding back into the next decision. The design keeps managers in charge: they will be able to see why work was ranked the way it was and override it, and the AI will work inside the company's labor rules, compensable-time limits and SOPs. Customer results Metro AG runs one operational standard for store tasks across 13 countries on WorkJam. "By centralising every task within WorkJam, we've finally achieved harmonisation at scale." (Ligia Paraschivescu, Supply Chain and Store Operations, Metro AG) Catalyst Brands expanded WorkJam across JCPenney, Aéropostale, Brooks Brothers, Lucky Brand and Nautica in 2026 and added the AI Agent for HR support. Andre Joyner, its EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer, describes the goal as "creating a workforce that is connected, agile, and increasingly AI enabled." Shell uses WorkJam for communications and learning at its retail sites. "With 44,000 retail sites globally, real-time, targeted communication is critical." (Mark Williams, former Global Retail Enablement, Shell International) Integrations and partners WorkJam connects to the workforce management, HR and operations systems a company already runs. Integration and services partners include UKG, Blue Yonder, Legion, ADP, Microsoft, Google, DailyPay, Accenture, Deloitte and Wizeline. Through Data as a Service (DaaS), WorkJam sends execution data to BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake and BigQuery. Security and compliance WorkJam has a SOC 2 Type II report, is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and UK Cyber Essentials, is attested to ISO/IEC 27017:2015, and has published a CSA STAR Level One self-assessment. WorkJam complies with GDPR, supports HIPAA compliance, and has a Data Protection Officer. The platform is hosted primarily on Google Cloud Platform, with US, EU, EMEA and Canadian regions. Reports, policies, penetration testing details and an AI Agent Security White Paper are available in the WorkJam Trust Center at trustreport.workjam.com. Recognition Nucleus Research placed WorkJam in the Leader quadrant of its Task Management Technology Value Matrix 2026. Gartner lists WorkJam as a Sample Vendor in the Hype Cycle for Retail Technologies, 2026 (30 June 2026), the Hype Cycle for HR Technology, 2026 (26 June 2026) and the Hype Cycle for Corporate Learning Technologies, 2026 (23 July 2026). Time named WorkJam to its TIME100 Most Influential Companies list in 2023. For smaller organizations WorkJam's core platform is built for enterprises with many locations and complex roles. Frontline Connect is WorkJam's offering for smaller organizations, with a lighter setup and published pricing. WorkJam was founded in 2014 and is based in Montreal.

Staffbase

Staffbase is the first AI-native employee experience platform, built for everyone. Most workplace tools are designed for employees who sit at a desk. Staffbase starts with the hardest to reach: frontline staff, shift workers, drivers, and distributed teams who are often left out by their circumstances or by generic tools. A platform that works for them works for everyone, from headquarters to the frontline. Staffbase brings internal communications, HR, and IT together on one platform. It reaches every employee with trusted, personalized information on the channels that fit their day: a branded employee app, an intranet, targeted employee email, SMS, digital signage, and Microsoft 365 integrations. AI-native experiences such as a conversational AI assistant and personalized audio briefings give employees instant, verified answers and proactive updates. These are grounded in content that has a clear owner, stays current, and is governed. Communicators can target and orchestrate messages by role, location, and language, keep content accurate at scale, and measure impact across every channel. For employees, Staffbase is one front door to company news, knowledge, tools, and services. It connects with the digital workplace they already use, including Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and Workday. More than 1,500 enterprise customers use Staffbase to reach over 15 million employees worldwide, including Adidas, Alaska Airlines, DHL, MAN Truck & Bus, and Whataburger. Staffbase has been named a Leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Intranet Packaged Solutions three years in a row. G2 also recognizes it as a Leader for Employee Intranets. Founded in 2014, Staffbase is headquartered in New York City and Chemnitz, Germany, with major locations in Germany, the UK, the United States, and Australia.

Flip AI

Flip AI is the Frontline Agentic Operating System that connects frontline teams to everything they need in one touch. It's their digital interface with your entire company: From communications, HR services and operations, to AI workflows and agents. Unlike traditional internal communication tools, Flip AI is a system of action. Frontline workers don't just read messages – they complete real work: submitting absence requests, confirming shifts, onboarding, running safety checks, looking up payslips, and accessing core HR and operational systems directly in the app. Flip AI replaces a fragmented stack of intranet, comms tool, HR self-service portal, task manager, and identity provider with a single platform that's business-critical to daily operations. Flip AI includes: Comms – News, channels, chats, and knowledge base designed for low-digital-literacy users. Replaces WhatsApp, paper notice boards, and unread email. Flows – No-code workflow automation for HR and operations. Absence requests, shift confirmations, onboarding, safety checks – executed inside Flip AI. Frontline Identity – Digital identity and one-touch access for frontline workers. Secure access without corporate email addresses, removing the gap that traditional IdPs and SSO never solved for deskless teams. Agents / Ask AI – The AI orchestration layer to execute workflows, retrieve system data, and automate repetitive tasks through chat and voice. Integrations – Pre-built, native deep integrations with Workday, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, and other systems of record. No middleware. Flip AI is trusted by some of the largest frontline employers – including Bosch, REWE, and Porsche – to run daily operations across multi-site organizations with 1,000 to 100,000+ employees. Three capabilities set Flip AI apart: platform that executes tasks rather than just answering questions; Frontline Identity, which solves the frontline-access problem that SSO vendors never built for; and deep native HR/Ops integrations where competitors rely on middleware. One touch. One app. Every system.
