What I like most about Simpplr is how easy it is to turn a simple idea into an employee poll. I’ve used the AI-assisted poll creation to describe what I wanted to learn from employees and get a starting point for the question and response options. I can then adjust the wording before publishing it. That’s useful when I need quick feedback without spending much time building the poll from scratch. The overall interface is also straightforward, so creating and sharing the poll doesn’t require much effort. A big part of the value for us is having one controlled platform for internal company information. It reduces the need for employees to use different third-party tools and gives us better control over access and data. For me, that convenience and security makes the cost worthwhile. The main thing I’d improve is the flexibility around organizing content. It works well overall, but when there’s a lot of information, it can sometimes take a few extra clicks to get to what I need.
