**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

The user-friendly, mobile-first interface allows our store teams to navigate quickly and efficiently to whatever information they need. The YOOBIC account team is always on hand to help with enhancements and to ensure our personalised platform stays as relevant as possible to the needs of the business.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

Having to rely on complex API integrations to access some of the more useful AI and intelligence functionality and newer developments can sometimes be a barrier. It can make it harder to enhance things quickly and roll them out at speed.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform gives our store teams a single place where they can access whatever they need at any time of day. Since going live more than two years ago, we’ve had no downtime and only limited technical issues with the platform.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

I appreciate the simplicity for the user and the multiple possible uses for the administrator on YOOBIC. It is easy to implement and carry out a campaign, and the tool allows for smooth communication throughout the organization. The constant developments of YOOBIC are also a major asset. The technical installation is well managed by the YOOBIC teams, and the usage is easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

There are no unappreciated things, rather modules not used in my applications.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

YOOBIC solves cohesion problems between teams and facilitates responsiveness for controls. It centralizes communications, eliminating the need for emails. The tool is simple to use to launch campaigns and communicate effectively with the entire organization.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

I don't give a 10 to the previous question because I don't fully master the tool yet. However, I find the UX intuitive for creating forms: the visual and dynamic version allows for quickly envisioning the content of a form. We also benefit from good support from the Yoobic teams.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

It is complicated to know in the tool what is included or not in the pricing. It would be interesting to have a system in the admin interface that summarizes the active features versus those we don't have and could get by paying more.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can easily create follow-ups for our clubs, which makes management easier.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

I like how simple it is to create content from a back office perspective and the ease of interacting with the end user for stores. The simple input creating a rich output of data is a key takeaway for me. The dashboard creation through insights has provided us visibility and information we never knew we needed in a way that is simple to understand and quick to process. The initial setup was very good, with a smooth implementation phase handled professionally and at a fast pace, inputting all of our stores, regions, and users.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

We have a specific use case for a store inspection that needs improvement to make the end user experience more intentional and relatable to a retail context, which is a priority for store management and regional teams.

YOOBIC digitizes our operational comms, improving store visibility and execution. It simplifies safe and legal tasks for faster, smoother user experiences and enables simple content creation with rich data outputs. The dashboard offers insights for actionable data.

I think yoobic needs to be specifically tailored to individual business needs and is on a case by case basis which makes it difficult to fully incorporate integrations that others users may find works really well for them.

Yoobic allows us to send clear communications to stores in a very time efficient and consistent way that is easy for our stores to understand and action. This saves us a lot of time trying to navigate communications and tasks via email etc which is no longer fit for purpose

We have used YOOBIC to streamline our business operations, enhance communication, and also for employee training and it has been awesome.
With the tool, we have been able to achieve operational efficiency thanks to ease of digitizing and standardizing our business operational processes by replacing manual processes.
I like that YOOBIC centralizes all business communications and this ensures all our teams whether from HQ or other branches gets updates and communication on time.
With this tool, learning is mobile and more accessible which keeps employees on the know and it helps a lot when it comes to retooling.
Thanks to the amazing insights and detailed reports, business decision making is always easy.

With YOOBIC, no serious challenges to highly. Everthing is in place as expected.

From employee communication to microlearning, the tool has performed really well and the ease of managing tasks makes it even better. We have used it successfully and it is a must have tool for our business.

It helps us manage our network’s performance. The support during onboarding was good. The UX/UI is clear and pleasant to use, which should help our network, and we hope the AI roadmap will accelerate adoption even further and improve the tool’s effectiveness.

As a SaaS solution, the integration with our system isn’t always easy.

The way it can support both our retail and support colleagues, being one central hub for information.

There can be limitations to the look and feel of our communications, and it would be great to make the user experience feel more personalised.

It initially solved a problem of multiple places for colleagues to go to access information. There is still room for growth with this, but it has become the one recognised source of information. It also allows us to be more data driven.

I love the simplicity of each MikCheck section having its own tab.  The organized areas of the Home Screen make it simple to find what I need.  Also, my team loves the colors and fun fonts being used!

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

I don’t like that certain fabs require another SSO.  It adds an additional step that’s not needed when we are already signed in to the Home Screen.

It’s solving the problem of too much information being sent to us from different directions.  It creates a one stop shop for communication!

Yoobic is a functional website that we rarely have any issues with. The website works efficiently and is pretty self explanatory.

Yoobic is an ever changing site and the security features just requires you to re-login at each computer and a naval system, but besides that it's a great site.

It has been very helpful seeing tasks that are waiting and being able to reschedule to a later date if needed so it doesnt show as overdue if we're waiting on more product.

Previously it would log out fast but that has been fixed and helpful. Maybe some of the library pogs being easier to search.

Yoobic is very easy to use when wanting to get a message to 30k plus team members. It allows us to send to targeted audiences.

Some of the eligibility rules to audiences seem to be limited. Wish there were more rules, or maybe I may just not know exactly all the rules.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

Yoobic has been a game-changer for our company, especially in the retail environment. The platform has significantly improved how we manage training and maintain accountability measures across our teams. In addition to the tool itself, the support service provided by Yoobic has been outstanding. The only challenge we encountered with Yoobic was that the system was initially difficult for our team to learn. However, the learning curve was quick, and it didn't negatively impact your team in the long run.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

Yoobic is an easy-to-use application, both for the admin side with the creation of missions and for the end users. This application saves time during visits and ensures uniformity in the evaluation conducted across the global network.

A feature that I really appreciate is the tasks and action plan, which allows for easy mission tracking.

Finally, another major advantage of Yoobic is the support provided by the team: our regular meetings help us in the development of the tool and the various functions offered.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

The dashboard section is not yet optimal (not as intuitive as the rest of the application & lacks certain functions)

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yoobic allows us to have a better view of the store visits conducted. The tool provides us with global consistency in evaluation and allows us to improve our compliance. It is also a very beneficial tool for optimizing the time of all stakeholders in Retail.

The fact I can reach out and support my stores with ease. The campaigns & requests are easy to set up and work well in our stores on the front line. You can make things exciting with the use of modern technology like GIFS on the newsfeed and attach documents.

I don't like the fact that I can not unread my chat as sometimes i like to prioritise my work and i find it difficult without this function. Please add this it would make me super happy :)

Yoobic will save you time and money and make your business efficient. Whilst giving you compliance & better communication.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving my store compliance issues and i am able to submit things to my suppliers with ease to ensure we get paid.  Being able to share things directly to stores saves time and money. Yoobic is cutting down emails from our stores to HQ.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

The audits are easy to build and there is a large variety of field options.  I usually have issues with customer service / tech support teams from tech companies, but they are always helpful and accomodating.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

I wish there was a better way to manage our user hierarchy.  We have to rely heavily on Tags (User tags, location tags, audit tags, etc).  It gets a little overwhelming.  Whenever a location changes hands, we have to add that location to the user, then go to the location settings and change their location tag to reflect that user as well.  It's not so bad once you get used to it, but for our particular use case, it is a little daunting.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the moment, we have audits setup for our field managers to complete when they visit the store.  Some of these are used every tiem the visit the store (to check for quality, cleanliness, safety, etc), and others are used periodically to make sure certain tasks are complete (POP is correct, procedure changes were made, etc).  We hope to one day incorporate daily checklists for the store managers, but we haven't gotten there quite yet.

We use Yoobic mostly for Employee Communications and Task Management. The ability to communicate across the business very quickly as well as the ability view task completion through insights are the biggest wins for us about Yoobic

The Learn Insights are not as clear and flexible as the rest of the insights section.

Yoobic allows us to provider our end user a seamless experience in comms, engagement, operational tasks and microlearn all in one place. We have deactivated other portals that we previously used for comms, H&S login as we have been able to move these functions onto Yoobic.

Yoobic has allowed us to migrate a majority of tasks to a central location, with holistic oversight on completion and an easy place to deliver feedback. We have found it to be particularly cross functional, bridging internal communication against assigned courses & documentation.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

We tend to have dynamic communication that gets updated with some frequency; it is unfortunate that Yoobic is incompatible with hosting live documents. User permissions are incredibly customizable, but still rigid to a few roles that can still leave some users in the dark depending on the task load or settings

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absolutely the streamlining of communication from cross-fucntional partners. We have observed improved completion rates and quality of execution on a variety of BOH & customer facing tasks.

I don't love the reporting and the way it's broken out. it can be hard to find the data you need and not everything has a dashboard that makes sense to me. It feels like whenever I need to pull reporting I'm not sure where to start as some things are harder to find.

The customization ability of the app is very useful. Also, the abundance of features means we can pick and choose what features to use with which users. It works very well! The team is very responsive and even designed a new feature at our request!

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

Very occasionally, the app can freeze. But I'd say that's true of most apps. It's a touch complicated for some users, but that is true of any app with this many features.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us train frontline staff on declarative knowledge very well, and helps us connect with the same staff. The app makes it much easier to connect with them than if they had to use a computer.

A disadvantage, but also an advantage, is the large number of updates for the app. This allows you to have all the new features and updates of the tool very regularly, but it requires teams to update their store (app store or Google) frequently.
