What do you like best about Workshop?

I can’t say enough good things about Workshop! The platform is incredibly easy to use and makes creating engaging internal communications a breeze. They’re constantly rolling out new features that make an already great platform even better.

One of my favorite things about Workshop is how easy it makes reaching employees where they are. Whether they’re viewing communications through email or on mobile, everything looks great and feels seamless.

The automation tools have also been a HUGE time-saver. Between Journeys and Cici, I’ve been able to streamline so many processes and get valuable time back. It’s clear that new features are developed with the user in mind, and the team is always finding ways to make our jobs easier.

But what really sets Workshop apart is the people. Their customer service is truly top-notch. Every single person I’ve interacted with has been genuinely kind, helpful, and invested in our success. You can tell they care about their customers and the work we do.

What do you dislike about Workshop?

There are no downsides of using workshop. In the beginning, I had a little trouble learning all of the features but with the new interface, it is super easy to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Workshop solving and how is that benefiting you?

Workshop takes a lot of the time and manual work out of internal communications. Instead of juggling multiple tools, I can create, schedule, automate, and track communications all in one place.

Journeys and Cici have been huge time-savers, allowing me to automate repetitive tasks and spend more time focusing on employee engagement and creating meaningful content.

It also makes reaching employees easier, whether they’re checking email or viewing communications on their phones. Everything looks polished, professional, and engaging without requiring a ton of extra effort.
