What do you like best about Staffbase?

The integration team was wonderful. Molly and Maddie were wonderful partners. The AI features and new user experience is leaps and bounds better than our old system. It's very modern, user friendly on the backend and the Navigator and search feature is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Staffbase?

There are some frequent glitches - but that's anything with new technology. It's pretty basic so sometimes the amount of custom requests can be time consuming. But they update things pretty frequently and are always flexible and open-minded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Staffbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

The search feature is great. The Navigator chat bot has been extremely helpful and helped streamline questions in email inboxes. The email analytics have been a game changer for us.
