Honestly I liked the way appspace handles digital signage. We have screens set up throughout our building (reception, break rooms, etc.) and previously it was a huge hassle to get content pushed to each location. Someone would typically leave a presentation that was several months old on a screen somewhere. With Appspace, I am able to control all of the screens from one place, push new content to each screen individually by date/time if needed, and even manage all of this remotely.

This makes check-in take only seconds rather than the reception having to manually type in someone's name and company while they stand there waiting. The inviting host gets a notification the moment their visitor checks in, which removes the annoying daily task of the reception having to call upstairs or walk over to tell someone their guest has arrived. The notification goes straight to Teams or email, allowing inviting hosts to come down on their own. It makes everything softer and smoother because of this automation.
