Appspace: Streamlined Content Management with AI, But Needs Improvement on Bulk Updates

I like the AI-powered content generation inside Appspace, which has significantly reduced the time our communication teams spend on signage content. Writing announcements, generating images for screens, and producing narrated audio updates all happen within the same tools, eliminating the need for separate software each step. What used to take half a day to produce and publish is now done in under an hour, and this time-saving compounds across every communication cycle throughout the year. Additionally, new content creators quickly come up to speed because the publishing interface is straightforward, and the template library covers most common needs without requiring builds from scratch. The Express onboarding team also helps a lot with initial setup configuration, providing valuable support.

Effortless Centralized Digital Signage Control Across Every Screen

Honestly I liked the way appspace handles digital signage. We have screens set up throughout our building (reception, break rooms, etc.) and previously it was a huge hassle to get content pushed to each location. Someone would typically leave a presentation that was several months old on a screen somewhere. With Appspace, I am able to control all of the screens from one place, push new content to each screen individually by date/time if needed, and even manage all of this remotely.

Efficient Visitor Management with Seamless Emergency Alerts

I often like the visitor preregister feature, which our reception teams rely on most. It allows the receiving host to send an invite to their guests in advance, and the guest fills in their details before they arrive. This makes check-in take only seconds rather than the reception having to manually type in someone's name and company while they stand there waiting. The inviting host gets a notification the moment their visitor checks in, which removes the annoying daily task of the reception having to call upstairs or walk over to tell someone their guest has arrived. The notification goes straight to Teams or email, allowing inviting hosts to come down on their own. It makes everything softer and smoother because of this automation.
