"Love!"

What do you like best?

I like that I can manage employees and send urgent messages to other managers and executives. It is easy to do on the platform rather than making tons of calls to phones that won’t answer or pick up. It’s a great way to get in touch with everyone!

What do you dislike?

I dislike the cost of the platform. Being in retail it’s already pricey enough

"Simply brilliant "

What do you like best?

The web interface is very clean, clear and easy to use. Menus are intuitive and it feels like no heavy or long training is needed for new personnel.

What do you dislike?

In the messages part, you cannot open attachments in the browser. Attachments will open in default program and app.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Fast distribution of information a different company levels.

Notes based on department accessing the messages.

What do you like best?

I like that you are able to be organized

What do you dislike?

Once time passes t shouldn’t be overdue.

I like it, especially for companies with different level stores it is nice that stores receive specific messages pertaining to them.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Communication, I like that you can see what team members have viewed a message, and how you can assign it to specific team members

What do you like best?

Zipline is so easy to use and has a beautiful interface.

There is nothing I dislike about Zipline!

It makes communication across multiple locations easy and the tasks feature helps keep accountability throughout the field.
