"Fosters Community and Delivers Outstanding Support"
What do you like best about Zipline?

Zipline has brought our company together in ways we had never experienced before. It has fostered a real sense of community among our teams nationwide. Stores that once had little to no interaction now connect with each other daily through the platform.

A major factor in our decision to go with Zipline was its strong support feature. With our relatively small team, having access to knowledgeable experts is essential. Our account manager, Leanne, is always available and has made the implementation process smooth and straightforward, consistently providing answers to all our questions.

The platform is also extremely intuitive and user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zipline?

I have quite literally nothing negative to say about Zipline, except I wish that the pink bubble (customer support) feature was available on weekends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Tool for Retail Store Management"
What do you like best about Zipline?

I absolutely love using Zipline for managing our retail stores. It has been a great tool for us for over five years, keeping our operations organized and efficient. One of the standout features of Zipline is its communication tool, which consolidates all our communications into one place and allows us to create tasks directly from there. This feature truly streamlines our workflow and enhances our productivity. The holistic approach of having everything in one place, such as our resource library with SOPs, training documents, job aids, and our monthly playbook, ensures that our stores have everything operationally required. Additionally, being able to leverage surveys and assessments during store visits is invaluable. I highly value the excellent support provided by our account manager, Nathan Thompson, who is always quick to respond to our queries and keeps us informed about the latest product updates. His partnership is immensely beneficial, and he truly does a wonderful job. Overall, I'm very happy with Zipline and grateful for all it has to offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zipline?

I believe there is room for improvement with Zipline's survey functionality. The process of uploading and managing pictures is somewhat complex and could be streamlined. Specifically, accessing photos is cumbersome as they are placed into folders requiring individual access by store. It would be more efficient if all the photos could be accessed collectively in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Secret Ingredient Behind Our Retail Glow-Up"
What do you like best about Zipline?

Hands down it is Zipline's unwavering commitment to us. From the moment we joined the Zipline community and embarked on our challenging path to launch day, their daily guidance, innovative ideas, and continuous support have fueled our success.

Additionally, its straightforward design, paired with an ever-evolving suite of enhancements, empowers our field teams and turns one-way updates into dynamic, real conversations. It's intuitive and simple to use which keeps our teams informed, engaged, and ready to excel every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zipline?

If there’s one thing I 'don’t like'—and I'm stretching here—it’s that the platform is so jam-packed with features, I'm still working to release the power of a few hidden gems two years in. Honestly, it’s less a complaint and more a testament to just how deep and versatile the solution really is. In the whirlwind of retail, it keeps us evolving—it challenges us to do better go forward. "Amazing Intranet Platform!"
What do you like best about Zipline?

-Comprehensive organization for messages, resources, and more!

-Easily the allow the right access to the right people and audiences

-friendly UX, easy to navigate to what you need

-customizable pages to present information exactly how we want

-assessments and quizzes for keeping on top of product knowledge, visual presentations, and more.

-groups feature is great for associate engagement

-integration with several apps we use, such as for time clock.

-great customer support, quick resolution to any issues or quick changes needed.

-for most cases replaces the need for emailing stores, thus avoiding bypassing the complexity of email communications with large staffbases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zipline?

-some elements of employee engagement are a bit tricky - for example, viewing comments and reactions to a message requires downloading an excel sheet to view separately, rather than in the Zipline platform.

-quizzes and assessments have basic logic but lack some more complex quiz configurations (advanced conditional formatting, allowing images in all portions of the quiz, switching the order of responses in a multiple choice) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The communication tool YOUR frontline asked for"
What do you like best about Zipline?

Zipline feels like a team consulted YOUR frontlines workforce to build their product. It's clear and apparent that not only did their co-founder come from frontlines retail but brought along many team members who started on the frontlines of retail to create a product that meets the needs of those associates that are running around like crazy to serve customers, stock stores and execute the many, many tasks your store support center throws at them. The tool can be customized to make it fit you brand but interacting with it feels wholly unique in a world of SaaS products that feel sterile or analytical, Zipline feels fun and approachable. Where you're used to chasing enhancements, Zipline is churning out enhancements that are useful, practical and common sense before you even knew you needed them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zipline?

Some of their newer endeavors such as Learning, feel new. The good news is that Zipline is very transparent about this and those that adopt these features early will get the benefit of being able to help participate and shape them into what they need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Retail Operations, Solved!"
What do you like best about Zipline?

It simply works, and the field and HQ users love it! Nothing more to say. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zipline?

The groups module is something that you’d either love or will get used to it. For a mature enterprise it may be challenging to adopt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Recommend Zipline for Retail Communication & Task Mgmt"
What do you like best about Zipline?

Zipline's service level is off the charts! From the implementation, to our account manager, to the daily customer service team (Pink Bubble rules!) to product experts. I have never experienced a partnership like this in my 35 years of employment.

The platform is very easy to use and our retail associates love it!

They LISTEN to their clients and churn out improvements every 8 weeks based on that. I have a hard time keeping up! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zipline?

That their LEARNING platform isn't fully baked yet, but they are sure working on it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zipline"
What do you like best about Zipline?

It keeps everything organized in one place, so I always know what needs to get done.

I like that it makes communication clear and easy to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zipline?

I dislike that sometimes Zipline can feel a bit overwhelming when a lot of information comes in at once. It can also be slow to load or refresh, especially when I’m trying to check tasks quickly. A more streamlined layout would make it easier to navigate during busy shifts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zipline - Easy - Simple - Fun"
What do you like best about Zipline?

I love how simple Zipline is for the end user. It’s so intuitive, user friendly, and fun for store employees. They get the information they need, when they need it, and in an easy to consume format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zipline?

There is not a function of Zipline I dislike. They keep the platform updated, keep innovating, and keep working to meet retailers where they are to help us succeed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zipline is the retail team’s best friend for seamless operations and communication."
What do you like best about Zipline?

What I like most about Zipline is how intuitive it is to use. Every feature is built with a retailer’s perspective in mind for both HQ and field users. Plus their internal team is stellar, they lead with a field first mentality and it shows in all they do. Wouldn’t be successful in my role without Zipline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zipline?

Is this a trick question? Honestly, there’s nothing to dislike about Zipline. They’re consistently delivering innovative features and evolving the platform. If anything, our challenge is to keep up with all the great enhancements they roll out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
