What do you like best about Blink?

Primarily, it's strength is in company wide communications on an easy to use platform that is familiar with most staff who regularly use mobile devices and social media. In addition our teams use it for holding information in the hub that is quickly accessed and works across both PCs and mobile devices.

Some of the many useful features include Blink's AI to help write or adjust a post, the analytics showing different metrics of us broken down to post level if needed and its functionality with other software platforms including Office 365 products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blink?

The platform is pricey unless you intend to fully maximise its use. Greater integration with wider platforms would be of benefit such as Employment Hero. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?

Communication to multiple sites across an organisation and derestricting the methods or devices required to access the comms. In other words a consistent message can be sent out to all users and it can be reached whether at a desk or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
