What do you like best about Workshop?

Workshop makes building an email easy. I can segment content within the email so the right people see the right message, without a lot of extra work.

Cici, their built-in AI assistant, is my favorite part. I’m a words-and-content person, not a designer, and she gives me a solid starting design to work from. That takes a huge lift off me. She also answers my analytics and reporting questions, so I don’t have to dig through dashboards to find what I need.

I love that email and SMS live in one platform. Journeys are great too. I can set up the sequence once and let it run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workshop?

What problems is Workshop solving and how is that benefiting you?

Workshop gives our team capacity. Journeys automate touchpoints we used to handle by hand, and Cici and the easy email design get me to a finished message faster. That frees us up to focus on content and strategy.

It also shows us how our employees engage with our emails. I get real insight into what’s landing, so I’m not guessing.

Finally, it lets us reach a dispersed workforce. With email and SMS in one platform, we can get messages to people wherever they are, not just those at a desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
