What do you like best about TextUs?
Ease of use. The ability to star conversations for quick access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about TextUs?
I would like the ability to have a group chat tread and to be able to send an attachment when sending a campaign. I like the old support contact method better. The new way you have to contact support is long and difficult to get to the point where you can actually connect with someone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
