"All Our Files in One Place with Appspace—Version History and Granular Permissions"
What do you like best about Appspace?

Honestly I think the most helpful part of Appspace is that it stores ALL of our files in ONE LOCATION. All of our team documents, Team Updates, Shared Resources (images, videos)... I don't have to dig through my emails to find anything. And I don't have to bother anyone asking them where they put the lastest version. What do you dislike about Appspace?

Sitting here half asleep and thinking about reverting back to how we used to store things (emails, local storage, etc) is exhausting. We also like the permission settings. They are very detailed. You can get as granular with who sees what as you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Appspace?

Several points and tools that make Appspace is the best choice for office management is with their employee communication integration, we use Appspace daily to push updates across Slack, Microsoft Team and our office digital signage simultaneously. It has completely removes the double posting headache for our internal comms team. The new AI text-to-speech is also excellent that allows us to easily narrate company news for users that often on the move and prefer listening over reading. Furthermore, we are now using the lead management workflow to track internal job referrals and employee inquiries through a formal qualification process. As for implementation, I am shocked with how quickly we went live and sync our entire directory and has our first AI-narrated broadcast running in less than a week, mostly it is thanks to the customer support team that helped and walking us through the integration steps over a couple of quick calls. What do you dislike about Appspace?

Mostly, we have no issue with Appspace, just some disappointment with the lead management flow that is a bit separated from the main communications analytics dashboard. It would be better if all the data metrics like engagement, leads, and account activity is available on one dashboard without having to toggle between modules. What do you like best about Appspace?

Appspace worked great for us in converting our office management into a digitalized and modern platform. As an example, the QR check-in for desks booking is very helpful for me as a remote worker, occasionally I need to visit my office and book a desk as my workstation for the day and the QR check-in acted as my clock-in, no need to messing with the portal, all is straightforward. Additionally, the integrated office newsfeed is impressive, it can sync with all the monitor display across our two story office using the digital signage features, information and reminder is easily spread from the monitor display. I have using it for three years now, and the customer service has been top-tier, every time we have issue, their reps are on the phone in the next minute, fixing things in real-time, it is much better than using the robot chat support or slow respond email support. Microsoft Team integration is a bonus, it is easy to implement using the API connector, we also able to use the team chat for private and secure conversation. What do you dislike about Appspace?

Sometimes, there are sync lags between the meeting room booking system and Outlook Calendar, I have successfully book the room but the event isn't reflected on my calendar. If I try to book the same room again, the room is not available. I had to wait for several hours before the data sync register the booking on my calendar, so many confusion. What do you like best about Appspace?

Loved how easy it is to schedule a meeting and to book a meeting room using the booking system, quick access from mobile phone application, filter which room is available by room size, date and time. I use it almost every week to secure a place for my team weekly meeting. Simple mobile application to install, already available on Google Play Store, just tap the install button and it is implemented in 2-3 minutes. Integration with LED TV display using digital signature tools allow for faster news sharing with option as promotion tools to display latest product launching or seasonal sales campaign. Phone support with customer support reps allow for real-time problem solving, unlike email support that need to wait for 2-3 days for them to respond, any issue or inquiry is solve on-the-spot. What do you dislike about Appspace?

Some issue that I notice after using Appspace is with inaccurate room display, on the room insights they stating that the room can support up to 20 attendees, but it can only allow for 10 max at time, this mix-up information is costly as we have to find replacement room that can fit us urgently. What do you like best about Appspace?

Updating and changing digital display on monitor with one button click, the digital signage tools enhance the operation by connecting with all the monitor display by Wi-fi connection, no wired connection that is unreliable and keep loosing the signal. To implement this changes require a physical installation of Wi-fi dongle to the monitor and takes around a week to finish all the configuration. Other than that, integration with Microsoft Team is enhancing my team communication frequency and accuracy, information relay is instant and team members can make work discussion in a secure channel, we use the chat channel daily. Lastly, customer support respond time to any complain and support ticket is quick, the fastest record is less than 5 hours and my issue is solved on the same day. What do you dislike about Appspace?

What do you like best about Appspace?

What I find best about Appspace is their ability to reserve and book a meeting room by online mobile application, it is easy to use because it has no cut-off time and always available to access for 24/7. Not only that, Appspace also make it easy to operate the digital signage features to implement and integrate with TV display at the lounge and waiting room, we can update the content display instantly as they are connected by LAN cable, the changes is happening in real-time. Using the employees chat room everyday is a must, we share work progress, ideas and other content on the chat room and it help us to communicate with accuracy. Lastly, Appspace's customer support is active in solving customer issues, they responding to support ticket quickly and communicate with us professionally to solve whatever issue that we have, as soon as possible. What do you dislike about Appspace?

Only a few things that I used to dislike about Appspace tools like incorrect room search result and lacks of room usage insights, it has make it harder to choose the correct room because of the missing details, fortunately, they have fix the issue on last software update. What do you like best about Appspace?

Honestly, I think the calendar syncing has been the feature I've liked best. You simply tap to join. I’ve been using this nearly daily and I’m glad it doesn’t make me appear unprofessional in front of my clients. The smart gallery feature which creates individual tiles framing each participant has also been very useful for hybrid calls. What do you dislike about Appspace?

The hardware situation is somewhat annoying and expensive for smaller teams. This is a legitimate expense that isn’t explained prior to the purchase. If the internet connection drops even slightly the video becomes pixilated and the audio will be choppy and the entire professional facade will fall apart. And finally the toolbar constantly obstructs something I need to click on and I have to move it each time I use it and it’s a small annoyance but I notice it each time. What do you like best about Appspace?

Meeting room and office space booking is simplified with Appspace digital booking system, scheduling a month of meeting room reservation helped me to properly manage my team work timetable and create meeting agenda in advance. Appspace also enhanced the booking management by providing mobile booking application that let employees book room and space on-the-go. Best thing about the mobile application is, they are easy to implement and support both Android and iOS installation. Integration with cloud calendar by Google Workspace is critical, It help me to sync all my work event especially weekly meeting and sending notification a day before the event, I never missed anything again. Quick support by customer support team to solve issue in real-time, I am contacting them by email to complaint about incorrect meeting room display and they solve the issu on the very same day, very effective support team here. All this positive tools and experience is what making my weekly usage of Appspace booking system feel simpler and reduce 50% of time to booking a meeting room, desk, and open spaces. What do you like best about Appspace?

Appspace has helped to expedite and modernize our office management for desk, room and space booking system, it is now easier to manage my team's weekly meeting schedule and ensure we have a place for the meeting session. I can planned and schedule for the entire month slots in advance, automatically sent reminder to Google calendar integration, and help my team to better prepare their movement and timing their commute to the office. The mobile booking tools has make it easy to access the booking system from mobile phone, it is available at anytime which allow me to make a booking outside working hours. My experience with Appspace is mostly positive and it is a game-changer for office management with no slow respond from office admin, no double-booking for meeting room issues, and most importantly all operation is in digital forms that only takes few-click to books room and desk. What do you like best about Appspace?

Appspace isn;t just a normal digital signage software to transform TV or monitor into information display, it also help to facilitate office space management and organization like meeting room booking, desk organization and common place layout marker. I am impress with Appspace's tools like room search help users to find information about room details and availability, meeting management tools to cancel meeting room booking or extend room occupation time, and mobile apps access that every worker has access to manage their bookings and scheduling.

In addition, Appspace also support for Microsoft Teams integration as internal team communication medium, it allows us to create chat room for every teams and make it private only for team members. Implementation wise, the total time to install and running the software only take a week maximum, not too easy to setup and also it is not too complex to run. What do you dislike about Appspace?

Account login process on mobile apps is somewhat difficult and confusing to complete the login process, it keep showing alert that user email is not registered but login from web browser application has no issue.
