  ### 1. Effortless Centralized Screen Management with Appspace

**What do you like best about Appspace?**

Having control over what's on every single screen, from one location, has made keeping up with managing all of them so much easier. I simply make updates once and then everything else will be updated automatically. No longer do I have to go from one screen to another to make those same changes. No longer do I have to walk into a room to swap out media files on individual screens. This was the reason I kept using appspace. I've shown two people who aren't tech savvy how to set up playlists and schedule items as well and they were able to get through setting it up without needing to call me.

**What do you dislike about Appspace?**

I would say the layout editor is pretty "clunky". Anytime I try to create something with a little more precision (multiple zones or widgets) it becomes quite fiddly very quickly and often times doesn't act the way I expected it to. There are some integrations that are also restricted more than I would like regarding the display of information. A small, but somewhat annoying issue - sometimes when a screen loses its connection to the internet, it is not always immediately clear in the dashboard until the screen remains blank for a while.

**What problems is Appspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Appspace has greatly helped in being able to centrally manage ALL of these aspects, therefore we know that our content is consistently displayed across all of our screens, without requiring anyone to physically interact with a screen. It has also greatly improved communications internally among various remote offices.

**What do you like best about Appspace?**

I really enjoy the one-click updates and smart alerts. Using the one-click updates, I can send an announcement to every TV screen and employees' phones in the company at the same time with just one click. The smart alerts are also great, as during emergencies, the system can take over every screen in the building to show exit routes and safety instructions.

**What do you dislike about Appspace?**

Connecting the software with physical TV hardware and sensors is still a bit complicated, usually requiring an IT expert. There are also privacy concerns because some employees feel that tracking their desk locations is a bit too much, and it would be better to have options to keep the data private.

**What problems is Appspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Appspace solves space waste by tracking usage and shutting down unused areas, saves frontline workers from email overload by displaying critical info on digital signs, and enhances communication with one-click updates and smart alerts for emergencies.

**What do you like best about Appspace?**

I love that everything just exists in one space. So instead of having to jump between three different tools to find out who’s in what room or what’s being displayed on those screens down the hallway. I love that the scheduling stuff syncs with my calendar so when the room is scheduled it shows as available on the screen prior to anyone needing to do anything. It’s just reduced a lot of unnecessary awkward “is this room free” conversations.

**What do you dislike about Appspace?**

While setting it up isn’t super complicated (there is a learning curve), once you get past the initial setup process – there will be features that aren’t immediately obvious. Some of the more advanced functionality requires an individual walk-through by another person. Unfortunately, some applications don’t integrate perfectly as you would expect them to.

**What problems is Appspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are employees physically in the building and others remote from home and employees within the building don’t know which rooms are currently occupied or available. Therefore eliminating employees’ confusion when searching for an open meeting/conference room. This also eliminates the often awkward 5 minute delay associated with accessing meeting screens after arriving at the designated meeting location.

**What do you like best about Appspace?**

Appspace is the best place for us to modernizing our office management and digitalized the tools like meeting room boking system and digital signage operation. Love how the QR check-in has simplified visitor check-in process, I just need to sent my visitor the QR code, they will scanned it at the reception, and I will get instant notification about their arrival, I don't need to keep waiting and giving them access manually. Furthermore, using our LG LED tv monitor as a digital signage is a brilliant idea to repurpose our old TV, just connect the TV display with our internal network and it is automatically synced and displaying office newsfeed or latest promotion campaign.

**What do you dislike about Appspace?**

There is time when the meeting room booking system went haywire and not showing available room even when the room is actually empty. Admin have to reset all the current booking for it to work normal again, but it will also deleting the current booking record, user need to make a new booking again, so many time is wasted.

**What problems is Appspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solve issue with manual meeting room booking that is tedious and taking at least 10% of our admin time to handled all the booking and reservation. It also acted as marketing tools that displaying our latest promotion campaign along all the TV display on our three story office.

**What do you like best about Appspace?**

Honestly I think the most helpful part of Appspace is that it stores ALL of our files in ONE LOCATION. All of our team documents, Team Updates, Shared Resources (images, videos)... I don't have to dig through my emails to find anything. And I don't have to bother anyone asking them where they put the lastest version. The Version History is probably the next thing I would miss most.

**What do you dislike about Appspace?**

Sitting here half asleep and thinking about reverting back to how we used to store things (emails, local storage, etc) is exhausting. We also like the permission settings. They are very detailed. You can get as granular with who sees what as you want.

**What problems is Appspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some of the Help Documentation does not seem to be updated. So when a process changes we have to follow steps that may not match what we see on the screen. It is not a major issue, however we do have to spend a little time helping new employees learn the ropes.

**What do you like best about Appspace?**

Several points and tools that make Appspace is the best choice for office management is with their employee communication integration, we use Appspace daily to push updates across Slack, Microsoft Team and our office digital signage simultaneously. It has completely removes the double posting headache for our internal comms team. The new AI text-to-speech is also excellent that allows us to easily narrate company news for users that often on the move and prefer listening over reading. Furthermore, we are now using the lead management workflow to track internal job referrals and employee inquiries through a formal qualification process. As for implementation, I am shocked with how quickly we went live and sync our entire directory and has our first AI-narrated broadcast running in less than a week, mostly it is thanks to the customer support team that helped and walking us through the integration steps over a couple of quick calls.

**What do you dislike about Appspace?**

Mostly, we have no issue with Appspace, just some disappointment with the lead management flow that is a bit separated from the main communications analytics dashboard. It would be better if all the data metrics like engagement, leads, and account activity is available on one dashboard without having to toggle between modules.

**What problems is Appspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Appspace is simplifying employees communication and engagement between in-office and remote worker, by integrating it directly into Microsoft Teams, we have seen a massive jump in employees engagement which mean interaction between employees is back to normal and ensuring no more gap between teams and department.

**What do you like best about Appspace?**

Appspace worked great for us in converting our office management into a digitalized and modern platform. As an example, the QR check-in for desks booking is very helpful for me as a remote worker, occasionally I need to visit my office and book a desk as my workstation for the day and the QR check-in acted as my clock-in, no need to messing with the portal, all is straightforward. Additionally, the integrated office newsfeed is impressive, it can sync with all the monitor display across our two story office using the digital signage features, information and reminder is easily spread from the monitor display. I have using it for three years now, and the customer service has been top-tier, every time we have issue, their reps are on the phone in the next minute, fixing things in real-time, it is much better than using the robot chat support or slow respond email support. Microsoft Team integration is a bonus, it is easy to implement using the API connector, we also able to use the team chat for private and secure conversation.

**What do you dislike about Appspace?**

Sometimes, there are sync lags between the meeting room booking system and Outlook Calendar, I have successfully book the room but the event isn't reflected on my calendar. If I try to book the same room again, the room is not available. I had to wait for several hours before the data sync register the booking on my calendar, so many confusion.

Appspace solve the uncertainty issue with room occupation that we had before, any room booking, occupied details, and reservation hours is displayed on the system. It also replaces old paper poster with interactive monitor display that updates content easily from one place using digital signage tool.

**What do you like best about Appspace?**

Loved how easy it is to schedule a meeting and to book a meeting room using the booking system, quick access from mobile phone application, filter which room is available by room size, date and time. I use it almost every week to secure a place for my team weekly meeting. Simple mobile application to install, already available on Google Play Store, just tap the install button and it is implemented in 2-3 minutes. Integration with LED TV display using digital signature tools allow for faster news sharing with option as promotion tools to display latest product launching or seasonal sales campaign. Phone support with customer support reps allow for real-time problem solving, unlike email support that need to wait for 2-3 days for them to respond, any issue or inquiry is solve on-the-spot.

**What do you dislike about Appspace?**

Some issue that I notice after using Appspace is with inaccurate room display, on the room insights they stating that the room can support up to 20 attendees, but it can only allow for 10 max at time, this mix-up information is costly as we have to find replacement room that can fit us urgently.

Faster and simpler proces to book a meeting room, desk workspace and office space in one place. Digital signage features connect flawlessly with TV display to show company latest news, policy or any emergency memo.

**What do you like best about Appspace?**

What I find best about Appspace is their ability to reserve and book a meeting room by online mobile application, it is easy to use because it has no cut-off time and always available to access for 24/7. Not only that, Appspace also make it easy to operate the digital signage features to implement and integrate with TV display at the lounge and waiting room, we can update the content display instantly as they are connected by LAN cable, the changes is happening in real-time. Using the employees chat room everyday is a must, we share work progress, ideas and other content on the chat room and it help us to communicate with accuracy. Lastly, Appspace's customer support is active in solving customer issues, they responding to support ticket quickly and communicate with us professionally to solve whatever issue that we have, as soon as possible.

**What do you dislike about Appspace?**

Only a few things that I used to dislike about Appspace tools like incorrect room search result and lacks of room usage insights, it has make it harder to choose the correct room because of the missing details, fortunately, they have fix the issue on last software update.

Problem that Appspace solve is by managing our team timetable by scheduling our weekly team timetable in advance, communicate clearly between teams and department, and manage TV display to show latest company news or product in sales using digital signage feature.

**What do you like best about Appspace?**

Honestly, I think the calendar syncing has been the feature I've liked best. You simply tap to join. I’ve been using this nearly daily and I’m glad it doesn’t make me appear unprofessional in front of my clients. The smart gallery feature which creates individual tiles framing each participant has also been very useful for hybrid calls. As it helps remote participants from feeling as though they’re watching a security camera feed of a conference table.

**What do you dislike about Appspace?**

The hardware situation is somewhat annoying and expensive for smaller teams. This is a legitimate expense that isn’t explained prior to the purchase. If the internet connection drops even slightly the video becomes pixilated and the audio will be choppy and the entire professional facade will fall apart. And finally the toolbar constantly obstructs something I need to click on and I have to move it each time I use it and it’s a small annoyance but I notice it each time.

**What problems is Appspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For teams separated geographically, Appspace allows the person dialing in to become part of the meeting rather than simply appearing as a small image in the bottom right of a large image. That’s the primary benefit and overall, Appspace delivers most of that.

**What do you like best about Appspace?**

Meeting room and office space booking is simplified with Appspace digital booking system, scheduling a month of meeting room reservation helped me to properly manage my team work timetable and create meeting agenda in advance. Appspace also enhanced the booking management by providing mobile booking application that let employees book room and space on-the-go. Best thing about the mobile application is, they are easy to implement and support both Android and iOS installation. Integration  with cloud calendar by Google Workspace is critical, It help me to sync all my work event especially weekly meeting and sending notification a day before the event, I never missed anything again. Quick support by customer support team to solve issue in real-time, I am contacting them by email to complaint about incorrect meeting room display and they solve the issu on the very same day, very effective support team here. All this positive tools and experience is what making my weekly usage of Appspace booking system feel simpler and reduce 50% of time to booking a meeting room, desk, and open spaces.

Mobile application crashing and unresponsive interface is the worst, I can't do anything on the apps, not even to click the support button to get help. I had to manually find their customer support email and sending support email on different channel.

What Appspace has solve is with the problem of manual meeting room booking and transforming the booking workflow into a digital system that is easy to operate by any employees, solving issue with desk reservation and to provide a medium to change and update display content on monitor using digital signage feature.

**What do you like best about Appspace?**

Appspace isn;t just a normal digital signage software to transform TV or monitor into information display, it also help to facilitate office space management and organization like meeting room booking, desk organization and common place layout marker. I am impress with Appspace's tools like room search help users to find information about room details and availability, meeting management tools to cancel meeting room booking or extend room occupation time, and mobile apps access that every worker has access to manage their bookings and scheduling.

In addition, Appspace also support for Microsoft Teams integration as internal team communication medium, it allows us to create chat room for every teams and make it private only for team members. Implementation wise, the total time to install and running the software only take a week maximum, not too easy to setup and also it is not too complex to run.

**What do you dislike about Appspace?**

Account login process on mobile apps is somewhat difficult and confusing to complete the login process, it keep showing alert that user email is not registered but login from web browser application has no issue. It takes around three days for the problem to be fixed by the customer support, which is quite long to wait.

Appspace allows for easier desks and meeting room booking process, everything is digital and help our administrator officer to reducing some work inefficiency. It has also facilitate for easier internal communication using Microsoft Team chat-room for instant news and information sharing.

**What do you like best about Appspace?**

Appspace provide a simple way to transform monitor or TV from normal display into digital signage medium to display all promotion, latest information or as a mass news spreader for everyone on the office to notice. Not only that, Appspace also have a features to manage meeting room and to book the room for team usage, it allowed us to plan ahead our meeting date and time and not to clash with other team meeting session. Setup and implementation on mobile apps is easy, I just need to follow the installation steps and login with correct credential to access the booking system, quick integrated it with Google Calendar and get notification alert to remind me about upcoming meeting on Google Workspace.

**What do you dislike about Appspace?**

Appspace has too many tool and features that is cramped under one software, which make me question their main objective for this software. It wasn't a bad thing at all, but really hope they can start focus on specific tools that is advance and helped to simplified our office space management in better steps.

Appspace provide a perfect solutions for company that has limited office space to fulfilled all worker's working space and desks, we now able to work remotely from home and only attend to the office only when we need to attend meeting session, it helped to save the cost from upgrading for a bigger office building.

**What do you like best about Appspace?**

Appspace has ranked high for office space management platform, it allowed me to manages office layout and common space booking, and the process to implemented it is easy to understand and perform. Integration with Google Calendar is available, all new scheduled meeting place and time is automatically updated on my calendar and I get one day notification before the meeting. On the application booking system, every meeting rooms is displayed with usage insights so we know which room is available and what equipment is installed and available on the room before proceeding to book it.

**What do you dislike about Appspace?**

I am happy with my positive experience using Appspace to manage and book space on my office, their high-performance tools ensure every booking is well registered and avoid problem like multiple booking issue. Still, some classic issue like interface bugs that not loading room picture is still repeated even after complaining to their customer support.

**What problems is Appspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Appspace simplified our office's space booking and management, offering a simple communication medium and ensure everyone on the team get instant access to company newsletter by using digital signature display tools on to show latest information on the display TV.

**What do you like best about Appspace?**

It primarily solves the problem of people fighting with each other for use of desks. In addition to organizing the office space so we will know if there is sufficient space available for guests or new employees, it provides management with the ability to determine how many individuals are currently in the facility in case of emergencies etc. It has also saved me the time searching for a power outlet.

**What do you dislike about Appspace?**

The login process irritates me. If I’m not checked into the system within an hour, my reservations are deleted and I have to go through the process again. It can be very frustrating and also Appspace takes a while to download on my mobile device and that’s a hassle when I'm in a hurry.

**What problems is Appspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to reserve a desk for a couple of days at a time is great and as a result I don’t have to book it each morning which is a plus. The map of the floor gives me a general idea of where my team members are located so I don't have to search for them around the entire floor and my feet already hurt enough after working a full day and overall it generally meets our needs.

**What do you like best about Appspace?**

Our office is actually small compared to the numbers of employee that we are currently hire and it still not include everyday guest and client that visiting us for discussion and meeting. Appspace help to manage office space by requiring certain employee to work from home in shift and mandatory desk booking before coming to office. I am impress with how flawless the meeting room booking system, every reservation is by online system and its current status is updated in real-time. Implementation is easy and it work and integrated with our HRIS system without error, using Appspace for professional office management is a great decision.

**What do you dislike about Appspace?**

Issues with real-time update for the desk booking that isn't updated right away after employee has book it. It causing chaos when the two, three or more people is claiming the same desk space.

Appspace helping us to manage our office spaces, especially for office with limited space to support overcrowd worker. Its easy fix is by providing a flawless system for desk booking, meeting room booking and converting old store space as working space.

I like Appspace because it's easy to book desks and rooms. Being able to scan a QR code on a desk or meeting room door with my phone to claim it is very convenient and saves a lot of time. I also really like the ready-to-use templates because you don't need to be a graphic designer to make things look good. You just pick a layout, add your text and photo, and it looks professional immediately.

The mobile app is slow sometimes, which can be frustrating when I'm in a rush. The phone app takes a few extra seconds to load our office map. There are too many menus on the interface, and the back end has a lot of buttons and settings. For someone who just wants to post a simple message to the screen, it can feel like there are too many steps to achieve it.

I really like the predesigned templates in the library, which allow our HR team to create professional-looking office displays without any graphic design skills. The content channels within employee apps ensure that hybrid workers get the same updates as in-office employees. I also appreciate the desk booking site's ability to group team members into desk neighborhoods, facilitating collaboration in the same physical zone. The integration management makes the process feel incredibly seamless for us as clients. Additionally, registering the media player to the cloud was straightforward and efficient, taking just minutes, and the bulk upload tools make importing employee data very efficient.

I have two things that I dislike with the software. It’s fine for watching what the other departments are working on because I rarely speak to them. The shout outs are okay too; they make people feel good I guess. I can pull it up on my phone and walk into the break room and scroll through the updates while I'm walking to the break room, so I don't have to think too hard. It's fine for knowing who is doing what.

Battery draining on the mobile app is crazy, seriously look at fixing that. Sometimes it logs me out of no where and I have to go find my password again which is super frustrating. Finding older posts is super frustrating as well because the search filters don’t function correctly.

Normally, you have to update the content manually by sticking pen-drive to the TV display and it will download the content, but not with Appspace, the content is sync automatically using Wifi network and no messy cable to manage.

Sometimes the google login link is all jumbled together and won't click and I have to reload and there's also no grace period if you're running late. I also despise how it cancels your reservation due to being caught in heavy traffic and additionally the recurring reservations are hard to identify within the reservation list.

When I first connected the HDMI sticks to the television they booted right up which was amazing because I didn’t have to wait for assistance. I was worried that the large video files and the multiple page pdf’s were going to crash the entire system, but the Appspace system handled both with ease. I am also glad that there are templates available and as I am not a designer and do not wish to become one anytime soon.

Anytime I make a change to a playlist, the entire playlist starts all over again. People in the lobby can certainly tell when we switch to the new playlist – there is an obvious pause. When the television comes on the volume always goes back to 99% and I thought it was going to blow the speakers out during worship service last Tuesday. Also I don’t understand why I have to create a separate user account so I can place a second screen on a different plan.

To be honest Appspace is okay since the digital signage portion of it didn’t cause me to lose my mind and although that is a pretty low bar, it cleared it. We were overwhelmed with email & slack messages and information was literally everywhere and nowhere, but now people will actually view the screen & know what’s going on. And it integrates with outlook so I don’t have to enter things twice; which prevents me from tossing this computer into a wall.

The URL’s are ugly and very nasty looking links. Additionally the file module is a mess as we cannot utilize the file module for our forms therefore we must continue to maintain a secondary drive; thus defeating the purpose of a "one stop shop". I also dislike the random spacing of the text when I’m trying to compose a page and it’s frustrating. The Integration with asp is broken and job titles do not sync properly & correcting it required an excessive amount of meetings. Lastly I wish I could collapse the Feed section on the dashboard as it currently takes up 2 columns & I am sick of viewing it.

Excuse me ahead of time if I make any errors as I am typing this with one hand, however Appspace does function pretty well which was quite unexpected. The drag and drop for the lobby displays is pretty easy to use and the players did not continuously fail every 5 to 10 minute like I assumed they would. When I could not get into it because of an issue, support helped me very quickly which was a surprise.

I wish the weather widget didn't take around 10 years to load (it spins for that long), it looks silly when we have clients coming in and the screens aren't ready yet. If the internet fails, the screens are just blank and I cannot alter the screen layout from my phone while I'm walking to the car either.

**What do you like best about Appspace?**

I find Appspace incredibly valuable for managing on-campus digital signage. It allows me to effortlessly share announcements, events, weather information, and fun photos featuring our students across multiple screens on campus, including in their dorms. The platform makes it easy to connect with all 4000 students each day, which would be a challenge otherwise. I love how easy Appspace is to use, especially compared to other platforms I have experienced. The ability to log on, post a slide, and have it running on all the screens across campus in less than 5 minutes is amazing. This quick posting capability supports the need for speed when announcements must go out right away. Furthermore, as a primary user, I found the initial setup very easy to learn because it is user-friendly and doesn’t require following a detailed checklist. Appspace simplifies the way I communicate with the campus, ensuring messages are conveyed promptly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Appspace?**

I have a concern with the organization of folders in Appspace. Managing multiple accounts poses a challenge because I worry about risking the loss of information or disrupting the connections when trying to adjust the folder organization.

**What problems is Appspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Appspace streamlines communication with students across campus, quickly broadcasting announcements and events to multiple locations, including dorms. It's user-friendly and allows for speedy content updates, ensuring important messages are delivered promptly.

I use Appspace primarily to strengthen the company's communication, receiving updates and relevant content in real time. One of the great differentiators for me is the simplicity of use, which makes the process very practical both for those who produce and for those who consume information.

**What do you like best about Appspace?**

I appreciate how Appspace facilitates digital signage across our University campus by allowing us to be responsive and adapt to different use cases while sending specific content to targeted areas. Its user interface is incredibly intuitive, well-designed, and visually appealing, which enhances the overall user experience. Our account managers have been outstanding, demonstrating genuine interest in our use cases and ensuring we get the most out of Appspace. The continuous improvement efforts are great, as the platform is set to release significant updates soon, especially in the digital signage feature, which we are eagerly anticipating. The initial setup was straightforward, thanks to the great support documentation provided, making the integration with Brightsigns seamless.

**What do you dislike about Appspace?**

I find myself wishing for more flexibility with the card design, which currently feels limited. Additionally, I'd like to see the new device map feature enhanced to allow for assigning channels directly using the map. These improvements would significantly streamline our workflow.

**What problems is Appspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Appspace enhances our digital signage by enabling targeted content delivery with an intuitive interface, adapting to various use-cases across our campus. It simplifies setup and management, backed by excellent support and responsive account managers focused on maximizing our usage.

**What do you like best about Appspace?**

Simplicity, it is the right name for Appspace, all office management tools is under one platform, I can book for meeting room directly on the mobile apps, the system available at anytime, even after office hours, I still can book meeting room for tomorrow. I also use the digital signage features to display latest info on TV display at the office, it work very well for fast news distribution and to change the content is quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about Appspace?**

Implementation at first is quite shaky, we never use a digital system to manage office spaces, it takes us weeks before we all understand and feel comfortable to use it daily. The operation isn't complicated, it is just us that isn't technology savvy.

**What problems is Appspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is all thanks to Appspace that we now able to be organize in managing office management like spaces booking, meeting room booking, and to manage screen display on TV as direct marketing content displayer. All this tools are under one platform, which we don't have to use different software for every tools.

Sometimes PowerPoint slides fail to upload and I have to convert them to JPG or PNG.

**What do you like best about Appspace?**

I log into Appspace daily to ensure all of our sites are reporting the same internal communication messages. We also have displays in the office, break rooms and lobby which Appspace makes it easy to make changes on remotely from their web dashboard. I also love that I am able to immediately push company announcements, dashboards and recognition posts without having to rely on IT or manually update each screen.

**What do you dislike about Appspace?**

The interface is clunky when you’re dealing with a large number of screens and playlists and it’s two or three too many clicks to get where I want to be. The content editor could be more modern as I always find myself designing visuals in canva and inviting them. Also sometimes there’s a little lag time before fresh updates hit all my devices and it can be annoying when I need the freshest news ASAP.

**What problems is Appspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Appspace has pulled us up from having a hodgepodge of emails, fliers and out of date slide decks to composing one message in real time. And it has helped us stay on the same page without overflowing inboxes and it's made our office feel more connected and present. Also it used to take me hours to update and now it takes minutes and I can control everything from anywhere even when I’m not in the building.

I find it really easy to upload and order content with Appspace. It works great for customizing and controlling the information displayed on various screens in our building. The initial setup was very easy, especially with the clear guidance from the IT rep.

Sometimes it feels like some processes are repetitive and I have to go in and out of the main menu a lot.

**What do you like best about Appspace?**

Appspace simplify desk and meeting room booking process, transform from booking using pen and paper to digital system booking that display which room is available on specific time & date, it help to eliminate issues with double booking. Users also can view room details and hardware equipped on the room before proceeding to book the room.

**What do you dislike about Appspace?**

Shacky setup and implementation at first, trying to draw and edit the maps for digital wayfinding is confusing, few trial needed before successfully mapping the maps for space booking system. Missing integration with Google Workplace and it is quite a big deal and hoping it will soon introduce to the platform.

**What problems is Appspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provide an effective solutions for office visitor to find their way. The booking system make office management easy and effective, users can make reservation process by their own and not relying help from HR officer.

**What do you like best about Appspace?**

Appspace rearrange and transforming office booking system and management, in one button click, I can book meeting room or a common space in office. All the process is only require me to login to the Appspace apps, no need to have special device or location to access the platform.

**What do you dislike about Appspace?**

We tried to make the digital signage tools useful, but still failed to configure it correctly. Making a custom size display is not easy, the size keep distorting the display and some of the text is cut-off from the box. Implementation for digital signage isn't as easy as we though.

**What problems is Appspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Appspace has all the solution to make office management easy and transform it to digital management. The platform can be access at any time, we able to book a meeting room without first seeking approval from office administrator.
