Loved how easy it is to schedule a meeting and to book a meeting room using the booking system, quick access from mobile phone application, filter which room is available by room size, date and time. I use it almost every week to secure a place for my team weekly meeting. Simple mobile application to install, already available on Google Play Store, just tap the install button and it is implemented in 2-3 minutes. Integration with LED TV display using digital signature tools allow for faster news sharing with option as promotion tools to display latest product launching or seasonal sales campaign. Phone support with customer support reps allow for real-time problem solving, unlike email support that need to wait for 2-3 days for them to respond, any issue or inquiry is solve on-the-spot. Some issue that I notice after using Appspace is with inaccurate room display, on the room insights they stating that the room can support up to 20 attendees, but it can only allow for 10 max at time, this mix-up information is costly as we have to find replacement room that can fit us urgently.
