"Effortless Intranet Building with Outstanding Support"
What do you like best about Oak Engage?

The combination of ease of use, and high quality end product really set Oak Engage apart from other platforms. In the past we'd explored other platforms/options but none quite met our needs, and then when we came across Oak. Straight away from the friendliness of the Oak Engage team, through to the functionality and ease of use, we knew straight away this was the platform we wanted to use to build our new company intranet. What do you dislike about Oak Engage?

The mobile app is not very good - the way the information displays and works feels more link a non-mobile optimised webpage - it doesn't feel at all user friendly or app like. Also in the past the analytics used to be instant on news posts and following an update a while back, the data doesn't pull through until the middle of the early hours of the day after something is posted. "Easy Page Building for Fast-Paced Teams"
What do you like best about Oak Engage?

The thing I like best about Oak is being able to really quickly build our own pages and new areas to suit the needs of a fast-paced business. I think the interface is engaging and I really like the flexibility of layouts for news articles and page layouts. Our customer support rep, Shannon, is lovely and very helpful. It's pretty easy to train people on new aspects of Oak and implement changes. The analytics are useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oak Engage?

Some processes are a little clunky/convoluted e.g creating a news article - having to customise the image to display correctly in the preview. It would also be nice to turn off certain features that we don't use. There are some features or tweaks I have suggested in the past but we are quite a small company in Oak's world, so I haven't really seen anything come to fruition e.g. being able to duplicate a module rather than recreate it each time. What do you like best about Oak Engage?

I really like Oak Engage for its two way communication feature that lets people share their own stories. Storytelling feels like a powerful way to drive a business forward, helping team members see themselves within the business. Oak Engage allows us to talk with our people rather than at them, which is really important. I appreciate how creative and user-friendly the platform is, feeling more like a modern, fresh social media platform rather than an old, stodgy system. People resonate with it because it's relatable and doesn't feel like just another work app. I also like the support we've received in implementing it; the support team seems prepared with solutions, almost as if they've thought of everything. Even if there's something the platform can't do right away, there's usually a creative workaround or solution. Overall, Oak Engage has been a great platform, solving a lot of our problems and helping us do everything we need in the best way, without it feeling like just another platform we've added. What do you dislike about Oak Engage?

I don't think there is anything in particular. I think I'm really enjoying using the platform. I think, probably, the only things that maybe I've flagged is being able to send an email out to the business and schedule that. So I can schedule a post, but then if I want an email kind of to be attached to that post, I would have to do it as a notice. I can't kind of type in my own message, but I don't think I've explored that in great detail. So there may be a way to do it. I don't know. But I think that's the only thing that I've flagged. And then also, when I send that email out from the business, whether it's a template or it's for a notice, not everyone gets it at the same time, which is a bit of a struggle. "Streamlines Intranet Management but Needs Mobile Improvement"
What do you like best about Oak Engage?

I like the developments that have been made in recent years to Oak Engage, especially how the layout has started to look a lot cleaner and modern. It's been beneficial as I can link to pages on our intranet and send visually appealing content to staff when I don't have great formatting for internal emails. What do you dislike about Oak Engage?

I think that the mobile app and formatting need to be improved. I believe that the steps required to make sure that your web pages look good on mobile devices are too lengthy; it needs to be more automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Oak Engage because it is easy to use from an admin point of view and I find adding articles quick and easy. I appreciate that it allows us to have all information in one place and the custom content creator makes it easy for the business to see all information. I enjoy that Oak Engage is interactive. What do you like best about Oak Engage?

I find Oak Engage visually modern and adaptable. It enables us as a business to communicate quickly and consistently with the whole team, ensuring everyone receives the same message. We use it for process management, policy management, as well as handling expenses and holidays. The initial setup was quite easy, and we even went for training in Newcastle. "Powerful and versatile platform that looks great and works well!"
What do you like best about Oak Engage?

You're able to fully brand the platform and customise it with your branding. With a lot of widgets available, you can create a range of different pages for different purposes to cover a range of needs. The platform works well for the end user and users can find information easily and quickly. The team are excellent and are always on hand to provide support if required.

Implementation was quick and easy, using data from within our existing HR platform to achieve single sign on.

Our managers use the platform daily, and our hourly paid workers typically visit a few times a month or more - depending on what content we're promoting to them, or what their needs are.

Integrating into the business was straight forward and our teams grasped the platform quickly and easily.

The product is continually being enhanced with new features and I'm excited to recieve the upcoming updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because we're in the US and Oak is in the UK we have to be aware of the time difference. That's literally the only issue, and it's not an issue at all. Also, they have yet to fly me out for a visit in London. I am upset about that, but they could rectify it at any time by sending a ticket. They know how to find me!
