What do you like best about Poppulo Employee Experience?

We use the emails functionality. I like the ease of sending emails, and setting up custom macros for employees.

The system generally performs well, and is well integrated with our templates and branding. Support is often quite quick too, and things get resolved really quickly when we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Poppulo Employee Experience?

The formatting could be better I believe. It would be helpful if Poppulo automatically removes all formatting when pasting text in. If we paste something with a format that's been dragged from another platform (i.e word) the "remove formatting" button does not work on Poppulo's text editing.

I also think it would be great if there were more tools that could be added - i.e buttons or something of the like.

Also forgive me if this is already a functionality, but the ability to see a preview of an email (with custom macros) from a chosen email address? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Poppulo Employee Experience solving and how is that benefiting you?

At base level, it helps us solve the issue of sending out employee emails en masse. Previously this would have had to have been done via Outlook, and sending en masse via OL is difficult to say the least.
