The timeline feature really helps us as a business to engage with our colleagues and make an impact. It builds relationships and keeps us all connected. We especially love the reactions and gifs.

We love the flexibility it gives to adapt it to our brand and use the different tiles, buttons and features which also allows us to integrate with other internal software such as Perkplace. This makes the intranet our single source of truth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be clunky to use, especially mobile view and setting permissions. One of the biggest issues we have is not being able to search for content on the timeline, we get many complaints in our organisation about this, and important content often gets buried/lost. The notifications aren't clear, and get lost. If someone's tagged you in a post, you should get an email, have clearer notifications. If you go on someone's profile, you also can't see what they have posted. We struggle as admins because we can't view what others can view, so it's easy to miss things. It's not always intuitive for others to use who have little experience, it can appear complicated. Videos and Gifs can also be difficult to upload, especially on the timeline. Pictures are also not responsive, and there is little guidance on what sizes things need to be to adapt to different screen sizes. Overall, I think the site could be simplified, especially in the backend. We really appreciate the support we have received from Shannon Frost - she's been amazing! Our only complaint would be we have had so many customer support contacts that we often have to repeat ourselves and feels like our issues are not always logged for the next person to pick up.
