With the ability to create both simple and complex proposals that include photos, video links, signing capabilities, and much more, it takes a lot of the work out of assembling a proposal. This allows me to focus my time on what truly matters—crafting and delivering estimates to clients. They also have a great customer service team that is quick and professional on assisting you in your issues and finding out a solution and providing tips to educate you for future use. There is a smooth integration between Salesforce and Proposify that I appreciate as it allows data to transfer over, taking away an extra step I make in putting these together. There are a bit of issues with formatting. At times you can do what you're looking for. However, there have been times where it will not look how I want or need it, without trying to figure out a workaround of simply adding in a PDF from an outside source to prevent frustration. Best feature is the fact that changes are dynamic in the proposal; I dont have to resend the proposal when I make a change, the link is automatically updated for whoever has it. I also love to be alerted when a given proposal has been seen, for how long, and so on.

I like that proposify is easy to use. The end result looks professional. A lot of work has been put into this program to ensure that the customers are getting what they need in an attractive manner. It is an easy-to-use solution, particularly for those on our team who are not IT savvy. Beyond that it is flexible and dynamic enough to deal with the varying types and volume of business we have. The downsides of proposalfy are that they got rid of the follow-up feature. you use to be able to schedule reminders for when you want the tool to send reminder emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
