My sales team loves that they can see when someone opens a proposal, how long they spent on the page, and where there attention has been. And the team that worked with us to set up a template and answer questions has always been very helpful and kind. Love that it integrates with Salesforce. **What do you dislike about Proposify?** The legacy editor is really difficult to use. It is not as intuitive as I'd like it to be. As a more tech-savvy person who has used drag & drop editors to build websites, I am able to navigate it okay, with minor frustrations usually. But supporting a team of sales staff who do not have that background makes for a frustrating experience at times. We also have trouble with people importing older collateral and items not being regularly cleaned up/audited. I wish it would dynamically update everywhere, especially when some reps rely on copying old proposals to send to a new client. I also wish it would export our content as anything other than PDF (something editable preferably, like a powerpoint). **What problems is Proposify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a professional-looking proposal that we can send and track throughout the sales process is a definite value-add. We have several templates in place that are easy to customize quickly so that after a sales call, it only takes a couple of minutes to get a proposal ready for a client. I enjoy that you can include embedded videos within the proposal. Additionally, their price tables are easy to use to assemble clear quotes. **What do you dislike about Proposify?** Sometimes, the interfaces can take a couple of seconds to load. And occasionally, less tech-savvy clients have had trouble figuring out how to navigate and sign the proposal. **What problems is Proposify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Proposify saves us time when creating proposals by providing easily customizable templates. It also allows us to track which proposal have been viewed, signed, and/or paid for so we can see which stage clients are in. ### 38. I like the instant data I get after I send the proposals. I like how I can set up a template and it can be reused multiple times. **What do you dislike about Proposify?** It is not the most user-friendly program unless you use it often. I am the marketing lead/designer of the firm, so I go in and set up the templates. I have no problems with the program. BUT when I give access to someone on my team and they don't use Proposfiy as often, they make mistakes. They type over the varients, alter the templates instead of their individual drafts, etc. Plus once they're in they struggle with how to make changes. If the program could be made a little more intuitive on the design side that would be awesome. **What problems is Proposify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Proposify allows us to have a clear pipeline where we can easily see how many proposals we have out and where they are in the approval process. We can also easily capture how much we are proposing on projects and how much new business we have brought in over the year. ### 43. Their library allows me to easily "plug in" different contracts, testimonials, or other items based on a client industry . I can now put together a proposal in minutes instead of hours. Even better, I can see where potential clients are spending their time on the proposal review. Pro Tip: Walk clients through the proposal in Presentation Mode in Webinar for highest close rates. The ability to add PDF's into your presentation is a relatively recent improvement that has been a huge win for us. We have a lot of documentation in PDF format that is easily uploaded now. The Hubspot integration makes importing contact and business information into the contract a breeze. You can even collect a setup fee through Proposify now. They are incredibly responsive when it comes to customer support and product enhancements. **What do you dislike about Proposify?** They have a lot of templates, but I wish it were even more. They're really helpful and allows anyone to make a great looking presentation. **What problems is Proposify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Proposals were taking a long time to create and depending on who created them there was some inconsistency. We now have "authorized" templates that can be spun up in a matter of minutes. Easy to keep track of outstanding proposals and pipeline. Proposify also integrates with a range of other tools, like Zapier, which helps to streamline the overall workflow. **What do you dislike about Proposify?** The only issue I have with Proposify is the editor which can be clunky when copying and pasting text and formatting content, their team are currently working on a new version which I'm excited to try out. Occasionally we get loading errors when viewing proposals inside the platform or via the links sent to clients, a few refreshes usually brings it up. **What problems is Proposify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Proposify makes it really simple for our team to get proposals out to our clients with minimal fuss, and they look great! It's also great to see each proposal's progress on the dashboard and track whether clients have seen and signed them. **What do you dislike about Proposify?** Lining things up on pages can be difficult and the initial learning curve for setting up individual proposal templates was steep. I would also add that an Accessibility Professional that we work with has told us that Proposify is not accessible for screen readers which would be a great addition. **What problems is Proposify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking of proposal progress for all of our clients and making it easy to send out repeatable proposals for signature. Our clients love the fact that they can sign electronically which was difficult before even in PDF. Proposify gives us a central location for all contracts. ### 47.
